This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all my 69 years on this earth. There was one person in front of me yet I had to wait over 20 minutes for a small drink that was for my grandson. There was a female with messy hair that was spray painted blue for whatever reason. She was lazy & disrespectful. She just stood there doing nothing. There was also a stench coming from whatever was inside the back. Luckily someone who had some sense came out from the back room & got his drink.

Got my coffee to go. After I left down the road, I took my first sip. I apparently got the bottom of the coffee pump dispenser …. the kind that doesnt keep the coffee hot but luke warm and carried that “it’s been sitting in here a good while” taste. Completely ruined, not fresh and $2.50 waste.

Love the baristas – – above and beyond friendly and polite – – but the cordiality comes at the cost of accuracy, with an extra-hot, well, not. and an extra shot, well, forgotten. I had to go back and rewait in a long line to get the lattes righted. But they did so smiling and w/o complaint, also reimbursing my order.

The baristas here in the target starbucks are the only reason I go to Target, I go to see them, get the best drinks I’ve ever had at Starbucks and I usually do some shopping at Target since I’m already there. Their great attitudes and amazing customer service, as well as them making the drinks the best in the area, has been my only reason to keep going to Target.
Update for 2024 – it’s just a normal Starbucks now. The special baristas are gone. They were driven out by poor management. The drinks are okay. They make mistakes a bit because of how busy they get so make sure to check before you leave.

No complaints! Nice Baristas on 2-21 round 8pm. Didn’t catch her name. Tried helping with issue with gift cards. I appreciated that. Coffee frappe was great!

If you like waiting 45+ minutes for a drink, then by all means have at it. I have attempted to get a drink multiple times at this location and never have because it is the slowest Starbucks known to man. I don’t have that much time to waste in a drive thru. I wish zero stars was an option. By the time you get up there, Starbucks should be paying you to for the wasted time.

This Starbucks is not very good, you order your drink and they’ll put other milks in it. I ordered a pink drink and they put almond milk instead of coconut milk without even telling me. Most of the time they don’t even have the ingredients for your drink . They never have larger than grande size cups.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that didn’t have over half of what we wanted to order. It was bad. Really bad. No lids for medium or large cups, no green tea, no bananas, dragon fruit, mango, etc. I’ve never felt so fortunate to be able to get coffee in a coffee shop. It was almost like “Welcome to Starbucks, don’t mind the menu, here’s your black coffee.”
