Kind of snuck in after closing time but the door was unlocked and the ovens were still on. The guy at the counter took our order anyways and was very polite. That in itself was great because we were driving around forever trying to find pizza that late. We got the pepperoni and it was great. Definitely getting this pizza next time in town.

I’ve been here once and the place was fantastic, but also brand new. Tonight, after the cashier charged me 30 dollars 4 times on four different cards, (he kept saying they were declined, but it was human error) we sit down to wait for our order, and were the ONLY ones then. After 45 minutes of waiting for a small pizza, I go up to ask that it be boxed instead of served there. At that time, I was asked which one was mine (again, only customer) and he informed me that it hasn’t even been started. Asked for refund and only got ONE out of four back but tried to sneak and keep the tip on the receipt.
A shame but I won’t be going back.
The excuse” the girl who usually cooks is slow and it is her birthday today”.
Guess that’s why we call off in advance to be able to stay away from work… Especially if you’re practicing piss poor customer service.
Take away- spent 113.00 on a 16 inch pizza, left with 26 dollars.

They have pretty good pizza. My little boy and I loved the pizza we got. It only took about 20 minutes to make. That is exactly what we were told and that is what we got. It was a bit over priced but now days isn’t everything over priced. It was well worth it because my little boy ate every bite and that is NOT a easy task to fulfill. Lol. Keep up the good work guys. I promise we WILL be back.

My husband and I love, love, love pizza. We have struggled to find a local place that makes us happy full spectrum. This is by far the best thin crust pizza around. Not our favorite atmosphere but worth it for good pizza. They are in the back of an arcade and I believe they are over looked for that reason. Every time we are there, the delivery guy is constantly on the move…. hopefully that will keep them busy enough to stay in business because I would hate to lose a great local pizza!

Employee at the register was polite and accommodating. Employee making the pizzas was another story. He gave off the vibe he had better things to do. Our order took an excessive amount of time to be served. The pizza was mediocre at best. Not worth the price charged. You’d get better quality and value at Cici’s pizza. Quite disappointed. First time trying their product. Probably our last.

My experience was awful. We ordered a cheese pizza for my son, fried pickles and wings. We got everything except for the pizza pretty fast, after 30 minutes I went up to the guy that took my order and asked about the cheese pizza to which he had no idea about and said he didn’t have a ticket for it. Another worker asked him what the problem was and he said ” supposedly she didn’t get her cheese pizza” my son waited 30 minutes for his pizza and they didn’t even start it. A manager came and gave me a refund. When I complained to him and let him know what was going on he said well I gave you a refund. I gave 1 star because the manager did fix the problem and gave the kids yogurt to make it better. Almost everyone that works here looks miserable none of them are nice and the guy that took my order was completely rude from the begining. I will never go here again.

The pizza was pretty good, but the service was TERRIBLE. We ordered at 9:15 and didn’t receive our pizza, after checking on it twice and the salad which also didn’t come out until we asked again, until finally at 9:50p. It was not crowded at all in the restaurant and they cleaned all the tables around us and put up all the chairs on top of the tables – starting at 9:22p. That was rude and loud and ruined the entire dining experience, making us feel like they wanted to close even though the closing time wasn’t until 10 am. I wouldn’t go there again or recommend it.

Worse pizza I’ve ever eaten. It had no taste and the crust was rubbery. The sign clearly stated all wings come with fries and sauce but I wasn’t served any fries an nd was told they didn’t come with the order. What! I paid 15 dollars for 10 wings? The wings were dry,overcooked and just as nasty as the pizza. Don’t waste your time nor money!

It seems like pizza places pop up here and there all the time but I admit that Salvati’s drew me in due to its location (attached to an arcade). Much like the arcade, the pizza place offered a fresh new look but lacked content. The employees were friendly enough and I was more than content with their service. The menu offered a fair selection ranging from the classics to the hip new trendy pie. The layout of the place is clean but that’s about it… it lacks any sense of theme (like the arcade) which makes it appear almost awkward. Most importantly are these two factors:
1. The prices were high…. I mean strip club VIP room high… maybe I would be fine with it if not for the second point.
2. The pizza was completely saturated in grease… not like the typical “White girl patting a napkin over her pizza as if she was giving it CPR” but like you could cook a full sized mammal in a deep fryer with it. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS)
Weirdly the pizza did have a decent taste (once you toweled off the gallon of grease) but unlike ANY OTHER pizza in the world, it tasted horrendous the next day… How is this possible?!
I would love to see this place improve but my gosh was it a Not-So-Tasty/Affordable experience.

Pizza was great. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The place was packed and our order didn’t take long. Definitely a place to grab a bite when you have been playing on the arcade and enjoying the many rides and attractions. Would recommend this establishment to anyone in the area.
