Just left the Starbucks in Jacksonville and I wanted to take a moment to send a shout out. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely smile, helpfulness and great energy of the woman who helped us. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She was genuinely engaged, told us about the options for my tea and then actually brought us the food instead of just leaving it on the counter after calling my name. She appeared to be in some sort of leadership position as I heard her share an inspiring message to the team regarding their performance. Hats off to people in the service industry that still cares!!!!

Staff is always friendly. This is my favorite store to-go. Now if corporate would fix their app so it makes it easy for not just the employe but the customers that like to get in and out the drive thru. The manager is amazing. She works hard with the employees.

Very rude and unfriendly service this morning. I smiled and thanked her after receiving my drive thru order. She just stood there, stared at me and said nothing AT ALL. I shook my head and started pulling away, then she yells out “HAVE A NICE DAY!”

We’ve had a lakehouse in Jacksonville Tx for 11 years and now we have a Starbucks. I was so excited, now we don’t have to drive to Tyler for Starbucks! This one just opened 2 weeks ago, so I’m sure they are still working out some kinks. Like my app showed the new order and I selected it for my mobile order, but for some reason it sent the order to a Tyler store. The Jacksonville Starbucks folks were awesome and made my order anyway with no hassles. Great customer service and they made my Caramel Crunch Frappuccino perfect. So I’ll definitely come back while we are in town at the lake!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I just began working in Jville recently and the last few times I have stopped by in the morning to pick up my drink, it has been nothing but excellent service. They are always so sweet to me. Today was kinda a rough morning for me, but when I received my drink, it made my day. I am not sure of the girls name that handed me my drink through the window, but thank you! You really put a smile on my face when I saw my drink *in case you can’t read it clearly, it says “ have the best day”

I don’t recommend coming here at all. I went inside like normal and barely got a smile from any of the employees. I would be fine with that but when I placed my order they acted as if it was an annoyance. I sat down waiting patiently and when my drink was out they didn’t even bother to call out my name. The girl that put the drink on the counter turned her back to me and ignored me as I told her thank you. I definitely recommend seven brew down the street instead! Great service and great drinks.

I would love to take the time to acknowledge a star employee at your establishment. She goes above and beyond for her customer care and makes her customers start of the day refreshing. I get so motivated when I come in or go through the drive-through and see Jazzie! Her cheerful, bubbly personality makes the start of my mornings… she greets her customers by name, she’s a strong hard worker, time efficient, compassionate and my orders are always made perfect!!!
