I had a wonderful experience here.
We got menudo, a mulita, and aguas frescas.
The menudo was very good,
it came with a lot of toppings and they were all very fresh, the tripe was soft and the broth was very flavorful.
My mulita was AMAZING.
the beef was perfectly cooked and so juicy, it was extremely flavorful and had the perfect bite with cheese,
I ended up adding some of the salsa roja that came with the menudo to my mulita, top tier.
They also gave us a stack of hot tortillas that were very fresh,
they were so hot and they had the best chew to them, perfect thickness to me, I loved them.
Our aguas frescas were good, I got Jamaica and my auntie got pepino y limón,
my jamaica was good,
and I’m not a good judge for pepino y limón but she liked it well.
The atmosphere was good with music on the TV
The service was great!! We had table service and they were super nice when we were figuring out what to order, they also have some nice herbs out front and I asked and they let me pick some ruda/rue.
10/10 recommend!!

Food was decent. Food was a little dry, I ordered the enchiladas with beans and rice as well as the nopales with egg plate. The nopales plate was good, not so for the enchiladas.

I got the “Chile Verde Costillas” with a “Agua Fresca” I didn’t finish eating the costillas because they had a certain taste that gave me a bad vibe. Rice and beans were good. This 90+ weather even water would’ve been nice so “Agua Fresca” was OK. Price isn’t bad tho (probably explains a lot)
One pro was that they had the game on so that’s fun!
Don’t recommend eating the “Chile Verde Costillas” here. I didn’t try anything else so I can speak on that. Hope this helps.

Great Menudo! It was my first time going here, I just moved into Pomona. Great friendly service, really good prices. They have yet not inflated their prices like other ridiculous places.. I will definitely visit again

This restaurant sells authentic Michoacan style food. The food was delicious please try the Menudo it is exquisite. The torta of milanesa was also delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are excellent. Highly recommended this place.
