Fri 09-29 8:30am Every time I come to see where my folks grew up I need to stop here to eat. They lost our order and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get it. My uncle wanted to go to Wendy’s but I’m glad he caved. It was worth it but the employees need to communicate. Admit you screwed up, apologize, TELL me what is happening so I know I’m not sitting there another 20 minutes for no reason. Don’t keep me in suspense and ignoring me. Not even a coupon for a free sandwich or anything? 300 mile trip one way but I would’ve used it next time. Good food tho. Friendly but dumb.

My shaved ham melt was very skimpy on the ham. If the chain can’t offer better quality at a decent price for this item, maybe they should take it off the menu. The picture of the food is very deceptive. The manager was friendly and understanding, and fixed the issue by replacing it with something else, and giving me hot tater rounds.

To me it’s not as good as it was in the 80’s&90’s. Gravy isn’t homemade and biscuits aren’t as big as they used to be but the food is good at pretty much every Tudor’s you go too.

We are new to the area and have had horrible service every time. We have had to wait in drive through for almost 30-45 min for small orders. This is every time!! When you get your food, it’s the wrong order. Then you have to go back, and they say they dont know how to do refunds. This place is surprisingly the worst tudors I’ve ever been to. If we want this restaurant, we will drive 20 min away. Do not go here if your on a time schedule, and if you want cold food.

Very terrible service the woman was extremely unhappy with her life I guess that why she mumbled her rude words and got my order wrong. The food I got biscuits and gravy was extremely cold. The gravy had skin grown over top it was sitting for so long. My husbands order was wrong and didn’t get gravy so when the girl brought it over it was in a very tiny saucer barely enough to cover a biscuit. Now be aware there is no kids menu so I had to order my two yr old a almost 8$ menu item. That came with coleslaw that tasted like someone poured kerosene on it. Needless to say I do not recommend and will not return while in the area.

They have been out of drink carrier for almost a month, they the act upset when you tell them you don’t want the drinks you ordered, 5 in total and tell you the warehouse is out of carriers. They also screw up the order every time you turn around and act like it’s an Inconvenience for them to correct the issue. This is also the only tudors I have seen that will run out of biscuits, like how can you run out of biscuits you are a world of biscuits. Also like stated before in other reviews don’t be in a hurry because if you don’t waste time getting your order fixed the drive through line will definitely waste 20-30 minutes of your time.

Sometimes the food is good and sometimes its not. I always ask for the mountaineer with shaved ham and half of the time its shaved and half of the time its not and the service is usually slow.
