The sandwiches are not the best I’ve had, but not the worst. Service is a 1… partly due to the demeanor of the person making my sandwiches, he seemed very annoyed and frustrated and idk why. Which wouldve put it at 3 stars for service normally but the part that made it low is the managers lack of organizational skills… the only soda that had syrup was mtn dew, but it wasnt carbonated lol. Also I heard them tell the person in front of me that they were out of bread & mayo? I think the bread was out because the MANGER didnt cook enough for them at night. Ive also seen her treat her customers/employees very unkindly. I will go to the main street one from now on, as it had the best customer service last time my wife and I went. Atmosphere: its a walmart, relatively clean, so not a whole lot else to say

I walked in and ordered a sandwich and wanted to add cheese to it. I was told I couldn’t do that every being willing to pay extra. I asked to do custom which I have been doing since I was 13 and have done in most states. I was told I couldn’t do that. Even McDonald’s will let me add things to my sandwich as long as I’m willing to pay. If this is how subway is going they are losing me and most people I know. This one has lost me.

One of the worst subways i’ve ever been to. Slow customer service. Crappy performance. Took me 12 minutes to get a sandwich. There was literally one online order in front of me and 2 people behind the counter. Extremely small portions on the sandwich. 7 olives on a foot loading sandwich? Are you serious? I’ve been to this location three times, I won’t be back. This place sucks, absalute garbage. The picture provided is after I asked for extra olives and extra sauce 3 or 4 times.

They need more workers. There was 3 people in front of me. It took 10 minutes per sandwich to make. I just ordered a chicken & cheese dipper. It’s been 10 minutes & it still isn’t ready. I thought the line would be faster than the 20 minute wait to order through the app. I was wrong & am now late to a meeting about to walk out.
Eta: the dippers are basically just flatbread you dip in sauce. I got 1 bite with cheese & there was about 3 peices of chicken on my chicken & cheese dipper. Not worth the 50 minutes it took to actually get it.

Long story short, this Subway has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Why do I have to get dirty looks and attitude for ordering at your restaurant? Makes me think you dont want my business. Fair enough. Will never return.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I just went there and the woman that was there was rude since the start of my order. She was giving us dirty looks and talking to us very rudely. When I asked her to please stop being rude she ignored me. I asked for her name but she then turned around and didn’t give it to me.First time I have ever experienced such horrible customer service.

Working on 5 customers at the same time, the lady totally ignored us and did not give detailed information. As a result, we ended up with the sub of the day, which was not what we wanted. Had her attention not been divided between 5 customers, she would have been able to inform us that the sub we wanted was NOT the sub of today. Also when I noticed and wanted to get a second sub, she already helped the next customer and could not undo our order. Too efficient is sometimes not very efficient.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Joseph at Subway for delivering one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Joseph greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude that instantly made my day better.
He was incredibly attentive, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it — even offering helpful suggestions and taking extra care with the details. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. The sandwich was perfectly made, fresh, and delicious — but honestly, Joseph’s friendly and professional service was the real highlight.
Employees like Joseph make all the difference. Subway is lucky to have him on their team, and I’ll definitely be back thanks to the awesome experience he provided!
