Stopped here for a late dinner and had the best tacos and birrieria burrito! Seriously, if you get the chance, get the burrito, you will not be disappointed. It’s massive and is a great option for anyone who is big hungry after a long day.

Simply fantastic. The Pizza Birria was soooo good and definitely worth the price. We got welcomed super nicely and we’re also able to try sample first. I can just second the fantastic reviews. I love food truck and parking lot ambiente, so for me that is 5 star as well 🙂

Food is amazing here , a bit pricey I have to say but the size of portion along with great flavor is worth how much you’re paying . My husband and I run into the owners son mostly and he’s always super friendly and meets our satisfactions! No other places in Carlsbad NM sell birria as good as this food truck, not even El Charro!
