I never had Jersey Mike’s before, it was not at all disappointing. They staff was awesome and friendly. Explained everything and even made a “favorite” suggestion and let me tell you that roast beef on the rosemary bread waste amazing! I’ll definitely be back for more. Also I think it should be known, the place was clean and smelled wonderful. Thanks for the experience! I’ll be back for more.

This place is horrible. The teenager who answered I couldn’t make out one word they said. I ordered food. And got just my sandwich. Missing drinks. Chips. 4 items out of 5 were missing. Yet the receipt on the outside tells them exactly what to put in. How incompetent do you have to be? My first time trying here. What an experience.

Walked in at 8:51PM to get a small turkey and cheese and ham cheese. Both of the girls there looked pissed when I walked in and I felt there energy. So I asked if it was to late to get a sandwich and her reply was we close in 2 mins so it’s a bit late. She then turned around and asked the other girl if it was to late. Then the other girl said I don’t know if we even have bread. They had put all there stuff in the line already. I just turned around and walked out. Horrible service.

Had a horrible experience at the EG location. There was a line out the door and the workers were more concerned with grub hub orders. Then I noticed the kid working the register was ringing out the people in front of me, taking their payment and then continuing to make sandwiches. I asked if he could switch his gloves and he walked to the back and hugged and puffed about it. Additionally, they were letting my sandwich touch the receipt on the cutting board. I kindly asked to not let my sandwich touch the receipt and employee again seemed very bothered. Too bad because the sandwiches are good.

Open daily till 9pm!!!? You sure about that? 10 locations through out Rhode Island all closed before 6:30pm. Interestingly enough during a bogo promo weekend… don’t run the promo if you’re not going to honor it!

I see a few rough reviews but I know for a fact how snobby people in EG are, so with that being said I’ll say this. This jersey mikes is the shit! I always talk to everyone working like they are my friend and they treat me very well in return. I grab sandwiches for my family here quite often and I won’t be stopping anytime soon!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub on Italian bread. Instead I got a steak and cheese with bacon on cheese bread. When I went back in they said they could not refund me, were very rude and unprofessional. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to come to this location. Absolutely disgusting that I spent $16 and didn’t get a penny back for their mess up. I will be calling for a manager tomorrow.

Ordered a curbside and tipped $2 on the app. No one came out and I had to walk in and grab it on the table because all of the employees must’ve been in the back there was nobody in the front. Also, order was incorrect.
