I have only ever had a 5 star experience here. (Good enough that I have called in tbe past to commend the team!) Today I ordered delivery and asked for “shroomies” if possible. This showed up. Made me smile and was such a delicious sub. Cannot recommend New Philadelphia Jersey Mikes enough!

I just stopped and grabbed a sandwich for dinner. I work out of town all the time, I stop here every time i’m in this area. The food was very good.It was made to my order specifics. The young folks that was working behind the counter were very quick and professional. I give them a very good compliment and kudos it was busy and they all worked together proficiently. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back again definitely.

The sandwich I had was good and service was fast once waited on. Workers friendly. My only complaint is $9 for what appeared to be a 6 inch maybe 7 is over the top. Probably not go there again as it wasn’t worth that kind of money. Over a dollar an inch.

There is no place for the mobile orders, so you still have to go to the counter and wait to talk to the cashier and get looks from the other customers as if you are cutting the line.
The cookies were WELL done. 0/5 did not enjoy. I know it’s not a cookie store, but other locations’ cookies are sublime and one of the reasons I go here over Jimmy John’s.
The location itself is hard to get in and out of parking spots with the other traffic from other stores (Starbucks, Tmobile, and Spectrum among others) in the strip.
The sandwiches themselves are OK. I mean, they’re better than Subway, on par with a Jimmy John’s.
