These guys prepared my pizza in 6 minutes. It tasted awesome. People put 1 star when they have a bad experience, but they don’t appreciate the nice experiences. So, here I am.

I ordered 17 pizzas for delivery. I placed my order 3 days before event in person with the manager Carlos. As he is placing the order and give him the address he states you are a church you get a discount. I say great and tell him it a 501c group affiliated with the church he ask for tax exempt number. Delivery was fine but after left realized we did not receive the sauce. I call and they tell me we have pay a dollar for each sauce because we used tax exempt and received a discount. Carlos will not get on the phone as I the person is relaying what he saying. I tell him to look at receipt it is printed and state garlic and peppers sauces for each pizza. The guy on phone very rude and Carlos would not get on phone and talk to me. They delivered 17 garlic sauce an hour later and with charge of $17. Never again deal with this location.Just Just be upfront but not after the fact. Mind you we gave them 25% tip on first delivery w/o realizing no sauce.

Great restaurant with the manager I got there before they closed and he was extremely rude and nasty. I want to be clear. He’s been a manager there for a while. I’ve ordered many pieces. It was almost 20 minutes before closing. He talked to me and walked away as a business owner that was terrible customer service and for the fact that I thought we connected from past transactions nope it’s all fake. I don’t know if he was having a bad day a bad night or he’s just ready to go home but from a business standpoint, it was terrible.

I ordered a pizza and it took them 2 hrs to deliver it. If was completely cold. When I called the manager at the store location after waiting 90 mins, to cancel the order, he just kept saying it will be there shortly. He would not cancel my order. I have ordered twice from here and it’s been a disappointment twice. The store is about a 7 minute drive and they still take 1+ hour for delivery. Pizza and items arrive cold. Their new pan pizza and New York style pizza are not good. Tastes and looks just like their original pizza. I also ordered some garlic parmesan bread and the sauce was open and messy. Never again ordering from Papa John’s. Definitely not better ingredients.

Awful customer service given by the manager. From the moment he picked up the phone, he had an attitude and was not receptive towards my call. I was nothing but nice up until the point when he called me a liar.
My entire order was burnt. I called because I love papa johns and wanted to see if there could be something done, after giving me what he claims is a “solution” to the problem, he proceeded to tell me that I was lying about the pizza being wrong and that he wouldn’t know why the pizza smelled bad and that he had already given me a solution (which was nothing really) so sad bc i really wanted to make them my go to papa johns but…. i guess not.

I would give zero or negative stars if I could! This Papa John’s gave us a pizza with the wrong ingredients and refused to give us any type of refund or credit.
My wife ordered a carry-out pizza, specifically asking for a “chicken sausage” topping. Many pizza places, including Pizza Hut, now offer chicken sausage.
Papa John’s does not offer this topping, but the employees at this store did not tell her this. Instead, the employees gave her a pizza with the regular pork Italian sausage without telling her it was not chicken sausage.
Assuming the pizza contained the chicken sausage that we asked for, my wife and I ate some of the pizza. It was only after we tried to order again on the app a day later that we realized Papa John’s doesn’t offer chicken sausage as a topping.
I called and talked to Giovanni, the store manager, and he confirmed the restaurant did not offer chicken sausage, and that he gave us pork sausage. Yet he nastily refused to give us any refund or credit to make amends for this reckless disregard of our instructions and failure to inform us that this was not the ingredient we ordered
This reckless disregard for customers’ instructions and refusal to make amends may lead to serious harm. Many people avoid pork for religious and for health reasons. This carelessness involving instructions could also lead to serious errors involving food allergies if this restaurant doesn’t change its ways.
Papa John’s executives need to make this right for us and rectify the ways of this store.

terrible customer service, pizza looked thrown together barely any cheese was on some slices, then worker caught terrible attitude when i asked him to remake the pizza. don’t waste your money here!!!

Manager lied. Not sure the name but I ordered a pie on 03/21/25 and it wasn’t good at all. The order was wrong. The pie was soggy and didn’t taste good. I had it delivered and didn’t feel like driving back that same night so I called the store to let the manager know and ask for a credit. He said he put that information in the system but turns out he didn’t. I spoke to someone this evening and they informed me they have no record of my call or credit for one pie. I will never order from this store again and I’ve lost all confidence in Papa John’s. My advice is get your pizza from a different store or company.

i have ordered from here many times but this time they disappointed me alot, they put eaten jalepeno/or pepper in the pizza which is disgusting. Also they overcooked the dough it is all hard from the crust. wont order pizza from here onwards. Bad service
