They will bring you your food from the back of the house all the way to the front entrance where you sit. Cool, right? Except now you must also get up from your seat to retrieve your own silverware and condiments such as siracha, table salt, etc. Could the person bring you the food to your table not pick up at least some chopsticks and spoons for you to dine at the comfort of your seat? I’m not mad because I have to walk a few steps. I’m annoyed because I have been in the restraunt business for quite some time and this is just lazy halfass effort implemented by this place. Go above and beyond for your customers and you might have found a loyal customer or a better review for the least. Anyways the food was okay, but it saddened me to see a pho place lose its potential right in front of my eyes. Portions could be better but that’s just my big back talking.

I was hesitant about this place but always wanted to give it a try so I ordered pho to go on Friday evening, 2 chicken & a veggie with tofu… they were delicious! We also ordered 2 orders of spring rolls and they were also delicious. On Sunday we decided to go in to eat and we needed up ordering pho, vermicelli bowl & the kids ordered wings… so yummy! I’m so glad this place is near by and the customer service was wonderful.

The pho is delicious I got the brisket pho and it was very delicious. You have to get your own napkins, sriracha, plastic wear drinks etc but it’s ok don’t mind it as long as the food is good. No complaints here.

Ordered a large chicken pho for takeout as they do not have the option to order regular sized pho for a to-go order. That already seemed a bit weird but it was fine and I placed an order anyways. Picked up the order and was disappointed to see that the portion was certainly not a large and very much so the regular size. It honestly just felt scammy to me and that enough will make a customer not want to come back. If you’re going to make customers order a large pho in order to do a pick up, give the actual large pho portion. The actual pho flavor was just meh and the broth was way too oily/greasy. There are much better Vietnamese restaurants with delicious food at similar price points so this place is a skip for me.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I order from here almost weekly. The food is incredible. They have the BEST bahnmis in my opinion. Great vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is friendly and respectful. I’ve been ordering here for over 3 years now and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong. NOT ONCE. They are FAST, too. They are truly on it! Their facility is always clean as well!! Any time I go the restroom, it’s always clean. Local Pho rocks!!!

BEWARE BLACK PPL WE ARE NOT WANTED HERE!!!! So i came to this establishment twice and the lady that took the orders was very unfriendly, no smiles , no warm hello nothing. I still came back because the pho was amazing the best pho i’ve had in awhile actually and the restaurant was really clean . So i went back today which was my second time still again no proper greet just bad energy like Racist energy i felt it the first time but ignored it this time i wasn’t! So Ms. Nunu the owner takes my order and as i wait. Then walks a white woman in and ohh did the owner have a different tune. She was jolly, she asked the white customer how was she. They even held a brief conversation to the point i had to turn around because i couldn’t believe it. Well i wanted to speak to the manager about the lady at the front attitude and how her attitude comes off as racist from the energy she gave me both times. She then said she’s the owner okkk sayless. I won’t be back! I will not give my money to any business that doesn’t want me there

This place is amazing! So clean, so quaint and the food was delicious. I ordered the spring rolls and a small eye of round pho. The spring rolls came out in about a minute and the pho came out in about 5. Staff was super nice and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10
