My wife and I were traveling from our home in Myrtle Beach SC to visit family in Hickory NC. Our route took us through Cherryville NC. We went through the drive thru for coffee and pastries to get us along the last few miles of our trip. So glad we visited this location of Scooter’s! The coffee and pastries were fresh and delicious, however, the best part of our experience was meeting Aiden who served us. What a very pleasant young man. He was fast, efficient, went the extra mile to be sure our coffees were just the way we like them, and was so very personable. Our remaining miles were made much more delightful after meeting this young man. Kodos to management for hiring Aiden. Hang on to him, he’s definitely an asset. We’ll be back through on our way home for more great coffee and pastries!

Great people. Everybody is friendly. I go there like 6 time a day when I can. I love pulling up. And talking. Because they are always smiling. Keep up the great work. You all are the number one coffee shop in my book. Every time I pull up. Rather its 6 am on my way to work. Or 7:30pm after work. They are always smiling and having a good time. Thank you all.

I come here just about evey day with my son and its one of the best coffee shops around i love the customer service here they are always so friendly and go beyond to help you and make your drink just like you like it. Also I can’t help but say how amazing this place is again especially the customer service the guy who almost always takes our order is always so nice and does an absolute great job. They always make our days better than they was. Even on bad days we come here and leave with a smile.

Amazing!!! The guy (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) that was at the window was so friendly! I had a mobile order and they was super busy! Most of the time when I see this at other places it seems to slow everyone down while having a attitude because there stressed but not here! I didn’t have to wait no time, my order was ready in a blink!! And I can’t say it enough the guys customer service was AMAZING! My drink was tasty but even if it wasn’t the atmosphere and friendliness is enough to keep me coming more and more!

They are so friendly every time I visit!! Hearing them say “alright, scoot on around” is always the best!!

Went to scooters tonight. It’s always a great experience. Was greeted by a young fellow named Aiden, who has only been working there for 2 days. He was friendly and made the entire experience better, he is my favorite scooters employee. I would give my life for the Cheryville Scooters, as long as Aiden is employed.

This is the best coffee around. I won’t touch Starbucks again. I’ve never had a messed up order. The customer service is amazing. I usually go in the afternoon when Ben is working. He is always a pleasure to talk to and so sweet.
