I would like to start off saying how wonderful, attentive, welcoming and friendly all the girls are at this Jeremiah‘s Italian ice location. Upon walking up to the takeout window, I am always greeted with a big smile and offered any samples that I would like to try. They have such amazing employees at this location and they definitely deserve the recognition. Secondly, their treats are just amazing tasting! Today I got the pumpkin pie gelato and as always, it did not let me down. Each flavor gelato combination I have tried has been amazing tasting and so fresh with the most fresh ingredients. Thank you for ALWAYS having such wonderful staff and delicious frozen treats:))

I think in my life this will be the second bad comment I give. I bought a quart of ice cream today and what I received was a jar almost half full, everything is so difficult these days, before we went to Jeremiah’s up to twice a week and with the recession we are only able to do it once a month and receiving the incomplete jar is annoying, I’m paying for a quart and I want to get what I pay for.

Went here with my husband and our youngest daughter today. Such great service given by Alyssa. She was attentive, gave great descriptions, and when the time came helped us choose and told me about the reward program. I got their special Mellon fizzy gelati. My husband got peanutty and coconut mix. It was soo amazing. I have been to other locations but by far this one is best. Quick, kind, and very effective. Get the pop rocks with the treat while it last! Made for a really fun experience. 10 out of 10 will take the extra trip to come back to this one in specific.

I love how we have a Jeremiah’s tucked right in Deltona ,the location is great with spacious indoor and outdoor seating or grab and go window. My favorite days are when they give back to the community visited on a 20% of purchase goes towards my kids school. We enjoyed our favorite flavors ,Coconut Key Lime Pie for me was delicious, Strawberry Gelati and Chocolate Italian Ice for my lactose sensitive one. Lots of flavors to choose from but would go back for the pie hope it stays on menu permanently.

Staff is nice, we go to several local locations and this is one of the better ones. Staff has never messed up our orders. Of course delicious and fun to try new combos. Decent sized space for indoor seating, outdoor seating is nice with large tables but just a word of caution if anyone is allergic, there tend to be wasps and ants. They haven’t been an issue for us but they are hanging out with you when on the patio in the warmer months.

I hate to give this rating, but had a negative experience with this location tonight. I have been going to Jeremiah’s since they first opened in Winter Park. Typically, we order our gelati in 1 cup size larger than the size we want. Reason being that they fill the cups over the top of the cup and it will melt and leak down to your hands. This is especially important if taking these to go. They melt in the cup lid and when you open they, another mess happens. This evening we were told that we were not able to order this way and pointed to a sign that they are having packaging shortages. I then asked if they were out of medium cups but they weren’t. So it made no sense if you have the cup size in stock why you can’t use it instead of the other size. As further concern, not sure if this issue is localized to this store only, or all locations. Hopefully this is not an issue with all locations, as I know many order this way.

I never leave a bad review on any place I go but let me start by saying how uncomfortable I felt coming to this place tonight especially how management (Alicea) took care of the situation completely unprofessional looking straight into my eyes with a serious face and had not professionalism in how she was acting towards me after I explained my situation with one of the other employees. Me and wife have been coming to this location for 2 year once a week and now we no longer will. They need to be more careful how they handle customer service because you never know who’s who these days. I wasn’t looking for anything free I was just put to the side like I didn’t come into the place for business. Customer service means a lot these days.
