I ordered delivery from here at 7:11 pm through the subway app. I live 3.8 miles away. For 2 hours I never got my food or heard anything so I called subway around 8:40 pm. They said doordash dose their deliverys and never sent a driver. An for me to contact them. So I did and they told me subway never confirmed the order. Now I was told by the employee my order was made at 7:25 pm. So I asked for a refund an doordash contacted subway an they refused to cancel the order due to it already being made so they told me.id have to call subway. So I did and I called 10 times. 2 of those times they was busy on the phone with other people. But THEY PURPOSE IGNORED MY CALL CAUSE THEY KNEW THE NJMBER AN KNEW I WANTED A REFUND. Who wants a cold sub that was toasted 2 hours ago? I definitely don’t and then they got a doordash driver there an now im being stuck with 2 hour old cold food and since they refused to permit me a refund. I am highly pissed and I will not shop here anymore that is poor customer service. An poor management. And the help is a joke honestly when they knew my number so purposely ignore my calls I will be contacting corporate about it. And here it is Sunday I called again an they still refuse to answer the phone when they see my number. ILL CALL AGAIN TOMORROW IF NOT ILL CALL A DIFFERENT STORE AN GET A GENERAL MANAGER NUMBER AN SPEAK WITH THEM. THIS IS SAD TO SEE THAT A STORE MANAGER ACTS LIKE THIS AN LETS THEIR EMPLOYEES DO WHATEVER

Staff was super friendly, offered suggestions about new items on the menu and what they thought of certain ones. I went in hungry but wasn’t really sure what I wanted so I took the suggestions offered and was very pleased. The establishment was clean and the tables were also clean. I was able to enjoy a nice quiet peaceful meal also, no loud background or heavy traffic flow, sometimes peace and quiet is nice if you want a relaxing break.

Coupons NOT accepted. There is a paper printed sign taped up that says they are not accepting coupons “at this time.” And it explains the reason being the cost of the different meats has gone up 35%. It doesn’t look like a new sign – been there a while. Well, I won’t go back there.

Absolutely poor customer service! We placed an order through the Subway App to have our food delivered. Our food sat out on the counter for 30 minutes before the assignment was even accepted by a door dash driver. The food should’ve been prepared when the assignment was accepted. We did not get out our food for another hour. The driver for Door Dash was fantastic but the employee at Subway working was extremely rude. When I tried to bring my concerns about our food to the store manager, he refused assistance and told me I needed to take it up with DoorDash. I will never eat at this location again.

Eaten there a few times. Tonight, we ordered online. Fiance went in to grab food and one of the workers was complaining about having to clean and complained that customers are disgusting because the tables arent clean. I dont trust the cleanliness of that place if theres workers that are that lazy. Got a footlong meatball and footlong rotisserie chicken. The meatball sub had 6 meatballs on it, supposed to come with 8-10 and the chicken sub had so many pieces of fat, or whatever the hell that was, and it was disgusting. Just had to take apart my sandwich and dig through all the chicken to get the fat out. Apparently the “deluxe meat” is just chunks of fat instead of extra meat. We will no longer be giving this location anymore business.
