Wawa was a great experience. My smoothie was amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service was awesome, and the gentleman who made my smoothie was very nice and personable. He took the time to chat and even suggested a few other things for me to try in the future, which I really appreciated. It made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back.

I come to this Wawa often and usually get in and out without an issue. Today I waited ten minutes for my order, then heard “Order 196, second call” even though there was never a first call. The employee’s attitude was unnecessary. I’ve overlooked the messy coffee area, the dirty floors, and the constant loitering, but this was the last straw. I won’t be returning, and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Everytime I order food on my break I have to stand up eating it infront of Wawa they used to have seats but not anymore. I explained to the cashier I have to stand eating and she acted like it wasn’t an issue rather than saying I can put in a word to management about it.

When this location opened up, I was genuinely excited to see it opening up here in Tampa. But unfortunately, the location that it’s in has only caused it to go downhill FAST! Town n Country area in specifically, has become a dump, and unfortunately, because of all the homelessness in the area, it has impacted this location tremendously. The bathrooms are constantly filthy, and I guess the employees just can’t keep up with it. For the most part, the employees here are not bad. Everyone will say your typical “Hello and Thank you’s” as expected. The food is not terrible for gas station type food. They have a wide variety of things to choice from, from breakfast sandwiches in the morning to even pizza for dinner now…. YES PIZZA!!! I honestly have to say that the pizza really surprised me. It’s not terrible! It is a lot better than most of the little local cheap pizza places like (Little Cs or Hungry Hows) I got a pepperoni pie, and it was nice and cheesy and perfectly crisp. I would definitely stop in for just a quick pie. Coffee and handcrafted drink selection at Wawa is above your typical gas station availability. Gas prices are always great compared to most in the area. Overall, Wawa is my top pick above other gas stations. This location just needs some extra help on the exterior and bathroom cleanliness that the local homelessness is creating.

I used to enjoy coming here. The workers have gotten to be so rude now. They often scan the wrong things and charge you the wrong amount. The register often displays the wrong price so it’s very easy for the workers to pull stuff. Worker “Puchi” decided I had to pay full price for the five dollar combo items because I wasn’t getting a coffee. So I ended up paying more for sizzli and a hash brown then I would for the five dollar combo. Then she acted like I did something wrong when I questioned it. Between the coworker behavior, and the homeless people living in their cars outback I think I will pass by this location going forward.

Not a good experience ever. Management rude and exrealmly busy with cigarette breaks and gossip. Very inappropriate actions and verbal abuse to employees. Not team players at all very devices and shoes to all customers and is taken out on customers as well. Cleanliness a total fail seen the same blood in the wall two weeks apart. The food is hit or miss, a lot of the time the people making the food back there are more worried about gossiping then doing there actual job and it shows when the food comes out, I come to this location every morning and it’s not all bad but most of the time but i got a stale bagel with way to much cream cheese when i selected the regular amount of cream cheese, the bagel was so tough i could barely get a bite through it, coffee is good tho

A true test of a gas station is their bathrooms, and Wawa passes with flying colors! Spotless, well-stocked, and modern—couldn’t ask for better. The food was great too; fresh hoagies and quick bites hit the spot. Friendly staff and a clean store make this Wawa a standout. Highly recommend!
