Great customer service. A girl named Zoe started doing a backflip while holding my blizzard with a girl name cyndel alongside her doing a frontflip! It was amazing. 10/10. I knew you to flip the blizzard but i didnt know they train their workers to do flips too! The server zoe was very nonchalant and mysterious. The server cyndel was shaking her dreads. 10/10 service would recommend.

It took what seemed like 5 years to get to the window with only TWO cars in front of us. The guy at the window was nice but we waited for at least 15 minutes for a small meal.

Welp hate to say it but any self respecting fast food place would not serve this. Thanks DQ. Over-priced unimpressive food that you wait 10 min just to have someone come take your order. I’ve worked plenty of fast food, customers are priority number #1 aren’t they? Won’t be coming back, pretty bad I live a block away.

We live in town and this is consistently by far the slowest Dairy Queen we have ever been to. It should not take 30 minutes to get to the window when there are only 3 cars in the drive through! Food is fine they just need to pick up the pace.

Always our of products for there blizzards. I know it’s not the staffs fault they are always nice but the others need to be aware they are constantly out of something. It’s frustrating being known for ice cream and missing things for the blizzard of the month. If it’s a blizzard of the month it must mean it’s popular. Have the stock for it. If I’m going to wait 30 minutes in line it would be nice to at least have the blizzard of the month and everything for it

Drive-thru takes 30 minutes for 5 cars to pass through. Felt obligated to stay in line because I already placed my order. Every time I’ve used the drive-thru it has been similar, always hope for a different outcome but it’s the same thing every time. Do not use the drive-thru.

I never post negative reviews but I feel like my experience warrants it. I waited in a six car lane for 45 minutes before getting my two items that I ordered. As I was at the window the employees were messing around and one even threw a cup of ice cream into the sink where it splattered everywhere. Disgusting. My blizzard was soupy and the caramel malt tasted like a vanilla milkshake with the smallest amount of caramel in it. The employee taking money went from handling money and cards straight to the ice cream machine without washing his hands or using gloves. I will not be going back.

The service was horrendous. We went through the drive thru and the attendant wasn’t listening to our order. Once we got to the window she was very forgetful and ignored us. We had to tell her multiple times that we already paid and were waiting on our food. Then after 15 minutes of waiting at the window for our food, we finally got it. Except she forgot our ice creams and was very oblivious. This was an extremely disappointing interaction, I’ve never had a bad experience at DQ until going to the Rigby location.
