food is good, but portions are HORRIBLE. i got about 7 pieces of steak total in my bowl, asked for lettuce and they gave me not even a scoop. not to mention there was a fly buzzing around touching plates AND food trays. wish i got a refund.

Literally give me straight brown guac every time I order online. I don’t know why I try anymore, it’s honestly on me at this point. Paying $3 for inedible brown slop, I even dumped it out, it’s not just the top, the entire cup is brown and disgusting. this is why no one goes to chipotle anymore. Waste of time and complaints are literally just ignored.

For what a “normal order” should be this is just awful…somewhat ridiculous to have to ask for a decent serving of food. Got decent amount chicken of chicken and asked for normal serving steak…yet received four small pieces of steak. I NEVER ask for double yet every time they asked me twice for double to up-charge and I have also been served double and charged for it without asking. Cleary terrible service for just adding double protein and calling it a “normal order” doesn’t make any sense. Don’t recommend.

Went here at 9pm when they close at 11pm. I always order a steak bowl. Well I look at the steak and it’s so overcooked it’s dried out. Looked terrible. I asked if they had fresh steak. One employee looked, said no. I left. I’m not eating or paying for dried out food 2 hours from closing when the company says they cook in small batches to keep things fresh. So their commitments are total lies. They don’t even stand by their own words.
