I placed an online order, fully aware of Domino’s amazing Pie Pass feature (which I love, because seriously… who enjoys standing behind people asking 87 questions about cheese?).
I checked in online like Domino’s advertises, fully expecting the smooth “walk in and walk out” experience. lol Silly me!
Imagine my surprise when I still had to stand there forever waiting for pizzas I ordered way before the people in front of me even decided they were having dominoes for dinner.
Apparently, Pie Pass is a secret feature at this location — this employee knew nothing about with an attitude told me to “wait my turn,” lookin at me like I invented pie pass on the spot myself Lord have mercy
If customer convenience is optional at this location, maybe let us know ahead of time.
Not only was it inconvenient and frustrating… it was honestly embarrassing.
I was just hoping my two large pizzas weren’t experiencing emotional trauma from the delay.
Train your employees thoroughly or just remove the app feature altogether, cause this experience was highly unnecessary, something that should’ve never happened. SMH
Pizzas were good.
The attitude? Extra.
And NOT the kind you should add to your order.
Then the last time.. it was barely baked and I became severely ill. Now, I’m confused. What rating do they deserve now? I was going to give them 5 stars. I thought about going there again, ordering more pizza over time. To be fair. The more times I got sick, obviously the lower the rating I’d give them. Or maybe that never happened again and I’d give them 5 stars. What a gamble. Hmm. Or maybe, I don’t know… I value my health too much and just won’t go there again. Like, ever. You, the reader, will go there instead.
Buy the product, chew and digest. Be their willing participant in this painful experiment whilst they learn how to cook pizza dough all the way through.
I’ve attached a picture as you, the participant, I think could use a hint. This is what a slice of near death looks like.
I’ve given them three stars, instead of one because.. I really think they deserve another chance. Just not from me.
