Absolutely love MOD Pizza in Tukwila—Hands down one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. This place checks every box. Not only is the food consistently amazing, but it’s also one of the healthiest fast-casual options around. I genuinely wish more restaurants held themselves to the same quality and standards that MOD does.
Their salads are top-tier, fresh, loaded, and flavorful and the best part? They don’t nickel-and-dime you for every ingredient. You can add what you want without extra charges, which is exactly how it should be. That alone sets MOD apart and is a huge reason why it’s always been one of my favorite places to eat.
On top of the great food, I really respect that MOD Pizza supports second-chance employment and gives opportunities to people with backgrounds. That says a lot about their values and makes supporting them feel even better.
Amazing food, good service, strong values which you truly can’t go wrong here.

I got 2 pizzas and the toppings were barely there. 1 pepperoni slice per slice and 4 pieces of arugula? Very sad and such a downgrade from what I’ve had before they had a company change.
For reference, I got vegan cheese, arugula, garlic, artichoke hearts, pepperoni, onion, and mama lil peppers with fig balsamic glaze. I had maybe 2 bites of actual pizza per slice before it was mostly crust.

I had such a great experience at MOD Pizza thanks to Taelyn! She was super friendly, welcoming, and really knew her stuff. I wasn’t sure what to get, but she gave awesome recommendations that turned out delicious. Her positive attitude made the visit even better, definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at MOD!

MOD Pizza in Tukwila is the perfect spot for anyone who loves build-your-own pizza! I really like how you can choose unlimited toppings for the same price. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the place is clean and comfortable. The crust is baked just right crispy and light and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I especially love the Red Sauce Garlic base and usually mix it with veggies, pepperoni, and an egg absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back often!

Wanted to visit this MOD location since they opened a few months ago. The result was VERY disappointing!
We are pretty loyal MOD customers and been to many MOD locations. This one, although new, is definitely the WORST!!
First of all, the staff who did our order was telling us that we are allowed to have certain items that we wanted in our salad. There was a long wait for the pizza because the oven wasn’t ready (at about 5pm). Then we found our pizza was burnt! When asking the staff about the charred crust, they said not a word.
We then found the stack of serving plates on the shelf all had residual food stains, like never been washed. I took a plate to the staff. He just took it in and did nothing.
We can’t believe MOD will let such a location to remain open!!

Always fresh and delicious! We always order the Mod Build Your Own Pizza or Salad, and have never been disappointed.
It was heartwarming to see their Pride Cake, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. We ordered their Cauliflower Crust and Vegan Cheese options and loved both.
The decor is whimsical and delightful, and the bathrooms are clean and bright – accessed with a Pizza Pan Key!

I love Mod pizza. Recently, the number of stores has increased and I tried them out, and they all seemed to be good, and the interior of each store is pop style.
I ordered a pizza this time as well, choosing my favorite toppings. I like to have the greens placed on top of the grill and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. So delicious. Also we ordered strawberries cream no name cake and original no name cake. These no name cakes are sweet. Quick service and nice staff.
I definitely want to eat here again.

I recently had my first visit to MOD Pizza, and unfortunately, it might be my last as well. I noticed that the staff seemed disorganized, and there appeared to be a lack of leadership or coordination among the team. When they made a mistake with my pizza order, I politely requested them to make a new one, after they asked me if they should make the correct one, since it was their error and I wanted the correct pizza. It was surprising to see that the CEO/owners were present but did not seem to be involved in addressing the situation. They drove off in their Tesla and didn’t bother to check on their customers.
Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff members were not very friendly and appeared more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to customers. This made the experience quite uncomfortable. With regret, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the poor quality of both the pizza and customer service.
