Burgers are insanely good! These are probably the best burgers in town. The patties are smashed to perfection. The flavor combinations of the burgers are to die for. I think about the truffle burger a lot. Truffle mushrooms, caramelized onions and Swiss cheese is my favorite combo!

We went to this on a whim with zero knowledge (on my part) of what halal means. But I know burgers, and holy smoke, they were amazing! We got the classic and the smokey, and both of them were amazing. The meat was crispy at the edges but juicy and flavorful, and the toppings (particularly the bacon and the smoke sauce) were fantastic. We split a fries, which was a good decision given the generous amount, and they were hot, crispy, and creamy. The Oreo shake had some extra chocolate sauce in it which made it doubly delicious.

I love the flavor combination of smoky, sweet, tangy and savory. The smash process provides a juicy, yet crispy consistency to the meat that is unique. I prefer a thinner patty. Often times, when I eat a burger, a huge patty of meat isn’t always better as the meat may not be cooked all the way. That is my preference. Burger sports like Dicks, Great State, Lil Woodies all seem to cook their meat well done. This is a really nice addition to Seattle and I give it 5 stars for the food. The fries are good and I like the seasoning which isn’t too aggressive.
Atmosphere is very strange if you’re ordering in person. There’s a kiosk and you can order Mexican, Thai and a burger. Maybe some pho.
The last couple of times I’ve ordered in person there seems to always be a group of dudes in track suits smelling overly cologned and of cigarettes. The space is sterile and it feels like somewhere where you get your blood drawn. The lockers randomly open up and you pick up your food. It’s kinda weird and fascinating since it’s a ghost kitchen.
It’s also a little sketch at night as there is some light but I wouldn’t suggest waking around solo.
Delivery is fine. Take out is up to you.

Edit: the burger is really good and it is Ramadan right now so understandable. They called me soon after I made this review and offered to comp my meal and give me a free on on them. It is good I would just be cautious around sunset these days due to the season. Ramadan Mubarak!

An amazing burger, probably some of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, just the problem was the wait time and the price. Got 2 burgers and fries for… $46?!?! And the wait was… 40 minutes?!?! Also it’s a ghost kitchen which I do have mixed feelings about-they feel less authentic. But hey, the food was spectacular… basically worth it. Owners if you see this, PLEASE LOWER THE PRICE

Burgers from here are consistently amazing! Their smoky sauce is the best. Definitely rec checking this out for flavorful burgers.

One of the best smash burgers we have ever had. But you need two patties for it to blow your mind!
We took smoky smash with extra patty, spicy lover smash and a truffle mushroom smash with an extra patty. The patties were perfectly smashed with crisp peripheries and the burger had right amount of sauces.

Amazing food, burgers are great every time and seasoned fries are my go to. Would be nice to eventually see a physical shop open up. This is a pick up location, so no seating etc.
