Never had any issues here until tonight. My partner placed an order for pickup for 18 pieces of chicken fries and biscuits. Chicken was not ready after 10 minutes from placing the order and they asked us to come back in 10 minutes. Understandable. We wait 10 minutes and go through the drive thru again, and it’s still not ready so they have us pull up to the side and say they will come bring it out to us. After 50 minutes from the order being placed, my partner went inside and the food was sitting in their mobile pickup spot for who knows how long despite it being a drive thru mobile pickup. We check the bag and they forgot 2 pieces of chicken so my partner had to go inside again to get them. So, after an hour of waiting we finally got the food we ordered. They did not even offer at MINIMUM an apology for ANYTHING, and nothing rectify the situation, and they did not understand the issue. NEVER going to this location again after many visits here. Highly disappointed with the complete incompetence of the staff tonight.
Would be thrilled to know how this issue can be resolved appropriately, personally and at a managerial level.
Update: got home to eat it. We ordered all spicy and NONE of it was spicy.

Popeyes never disappoints! We had their spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and Cajun wings, and loved every bite. The flavors were on point, with just the right kick of spice. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the Cajun wings were packed with bold, zesty seasoning. The service was awesome too—quick and friendly! Highly recommend!

I ordered on the app to save time because I wanted the blacken tenders. They never have them ready so I thought ordering on the app would save me time from waiting. Placed the order at 5:16 and was at the restaurant at 5:40. Way more then the 15 mins I know it takes to cook. When I got there they told me it was another 15 min wait. When I picked my order up almost an hour after placing it on the app I got home and the sandwich that ordered with no mayo had mayo even with it being marked no mayo on the sticker on the bag. When I wanted to get help with this order to correct it the app sent me chat bot loop where I couldnt get my issue resolved. Tryed to go on the website and it put me back in the app. So many things need to be fixs here. I love Popeyes and is one of my comfort foods but I will definitely not be going back if every part of the ordering process is an issue.

I experienced a significant disappointment today. Upon attempting to purchase an 8-piece family meal (tenders), I was given a price exceeding $31 + at drive up. This is particularly concerning given that the 14-piece meal is priced at $26. This discrepancy suggests a potential issue with the payment processing and immediate review of system is needed. The young man at the drive thru informed me that a receipt would be provided with my order. Still dissatisfaction with the overall ordering process led me to decline ordering.

It’s been a while since I ate food from here. My take out meal was tasty and spicy. The brioche bun was toasted and buttered (?) adding additional flavor and texture. The chicken on my sandwich was crispy and flavorful. I would come here again. Think about Popeyes before you toddle off to your usual burger or chicken stand.

Best fast food restaurant in town. I love this place, their food is always fresh and delicious. They have an excellent customer service, and their speed much better. All group members are very kind and friendly, I love going there, every time I go I always get satisfied. Outstanding service! And very clean restaurant

Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I was the one asking questions politely about an issue with a gift card, yet I was completely ignored. When I offered to pay with a credit card instead, there was still no response. The employee chose to speak to my friend off to the side, nowhere near the counter, instead of addressing me directly. Being dismissed like that was rude and uncomfortable. If you’re that unhappy interacting with customers, this may not be the right job.

They were very busy on my visit today but they did the best they could the workers are fast and friendly and the manager is on top of everything as well. this location is run very efficiently for busy as it was, I’m very happy with the waiting time and with the service the food is amazing I come here often the store is very clean always this is my first time posting because they deserve a good comment .

Clean place. Well organized. Staff was grumpy. I did not want a soft drink and asked for water instead. No cups were offered but instead they gave me water in the the side bowls used for coleslaw. Disappointing. The chicken pieces and the spicy sandwich was freshly made and per my expectations. Both were tasty and crispy. Better than KFC.
