Every time we visit this restaurant we thoroughly enjoy the experience. Amazing, scratch-based ingredients, great staff and fantastic owners. The kitchen puts out consistent excellence. One of the best restaurants in the area. A true hidden gem.

Not impressed…
Service: 2/10
Made a reservation for 6pm for 6, 3 kids and 3 adults. Arrived on time and was seated right away, the restaurant was half full. They had a bartender, 2 servers, and I’m assuming the manager, working the floor. Our server was on the struggle bus… Took forever to take our drink order, which was only 2 drinks, a mixed drink and a bottled coors, 35 minutes after being seated. Took nearly 45 minutes before rolls were brought to us, an hour before we received our food. Our server was practically non-existent. The manager however was nice, she brought our kids crayons and multiple coloring pages. Best part was we avoided the automatic 20% gratuity being added to the bill, whichxis automatic with a party of 6 or more.
Food: My wife ordered the paradise burger, based on the burger guy review and said it was good, 7/10. I ordered the mushroom and onion swiss cheese burger and it was a 4/10. The burger meat had no flavor and the mushrooms were pretty cold. Their fresh cut fries were awesome! Kids ordered basic stuff. We also had an order of baby rack ribs which were very good, 8/10! The rolls we got were super good and soft, we also had an order of Bavarian pretzels that were really good.
It definitely has potential to be better. But with the price of their basic burger being $17 and the service lacking, I’m not sure we will return.

Dinner at the Holiday Inn Toledo/Maumee I 80/90 on-site restaurant, Sebas Bistro was very good. Several healthy options for someone like myself trying really hard to make healthier food choices when on the road traveling. The service was phenomenal!

This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn. The Burger Guy reviewed them and gave a stellar rating on Tik Tok. We went on a Friday evening, and there was no wait. Our server was extremely amazing. (I think her name was Anita). Many people checked on us throughout the meal and that was really nice. The ambiance really is beautiful with a spacious dining area. I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was perfect. For dinner I had the shrimp linguine and it was good. I was sad to see that they use garlic from a jar though. My Love had a pasta and meatballs dish which was also good but not “knock your socks off.” The meals came with a salad and a veggie mix that were both pretty tasty, though they don’t have poppy seed dressing. If we were to return, I would probably choose a burger.

Thank God I looked at the reviews otherwise I would have never known that this restaurant was in the hotel. While waiting for the rest of our party which was a little time The staff never really stopped to see if we wanted an appetizer or anything so we had to flag them down for that. The spinach and artichoke dip was really good after we sent it back to get heated up. The entrees were really good the steak was cooked great the chicken was crispy but moist on the inside and the sauce with the chicken was great overall the food was a positive experience. My main complaints were the wait times we had to wait a long time for our food we had to wait a long time to get our bill cashed out we had the wait for refills on their drinks.

My wife and I stopped by after doing some shopping. Had a delicious meal, followed by a few drinks. The wait staff was friendly and very helpful. This was our first visit, but we plan on going back!

I had a long, hard day traveling and I was totally pampered. Everyone took such great care of me. My fish sandwich and levies were made to order (no bun, and no seasoning on the fries). They were perfect! The amount of food was more than ample, way more than I needed! Would I eat here again? Absolutely!!

Wow – we are really impressed! Our bartender Linda was extremely helpful, made me a custom cocktail, and was very helpful picking out food from the menu. My husband got the walleye and I got the perch. Everything was fantastic and the service was outstanding – friendly and helpful. We’ll be back

I had a great experience at Saba’s Bistro this past weekend. But for those that do not know, it is a little bit hidden. It’s tucked away in the Holiday Inn off of Reynold’s Road in Maumee, near the turnpike access.
My friend and I arrived a little early, before they had opened. But they still invited us in and let us sit at the bar as they finished their preparations. Because of its location, I suspected they were not going to be many guests, but I was wrong. By the time we left at about 6 PM on a Saturday night, Saba’s was getting packed. People were showing up with reservations.
The food was very good. My friend digged it the most. He likes fresh fish, and they have a great selection. The décor was very hip, not what I would have ever suspected in a Holiday Inn collocated restaurant.
Our server, the bartender, was attentive, even though she was swamped with work. The owner even came to ask us how we were doing and if there was anything she could do better. Answer: no – everything was top notch. I recommend you check it out. Show up at 5 PM sharp to avoid the rush.
Since it is at a hotel, plenty of free parking and easy accessibility.
