Ordered take out. This food was not worth half the price payed for one. Portion sizes are laughable and absurd. Steak fries missing steak. Absolutely no steak in the small handful of fries. My big cat steak sandwich was definitely NOT A BIG CAT. Hardly any meat just a cheese bread sandwich. Also payed extra for mushrooms and pepper and did not have a single anything put on my sandwich. Managment needs to change something because this was the worst order of a favorite American classic that I have ever had in my life

Food looks nothing like the pictures. This is a Ruby Tuesday’s, not its own chain. If you want a mediocre over priced sandwich then this is your place. Stale bread, low quality ingredients. Portion size is woefully undersized for a 16 dollar sandwich.

I really wish I didn’t waste my money on idk if you can even call this a cheese steak! Small didn’t even look like the pictures at all, stale bread, missing items, chain wide store bought ranch (not even made in house), greasy cold fries. I ordered the food on door dash so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I can however comment on what I thought about the food. I just want to mention that I actually thought about this For over a week before commenting Just to be this guy. I tried to think about the fact that whoever owns this company is Trying to feed their family just like everyone else… But ultimately I felt so Dissatisfied with the quality of that food That I felt like it would be wrong for me to not warn people. I had very high hopes for this place and thought it was going to taste like The real thing straight out of philadelphia. That’s So far from the truth Not even funny. I felt like I got a giant bread stick that had Very very little meat, Cheese that tasted like vomit And was way too salty… The bread dry and difficult to swallow….. I was quite frankly very upset that I paid what I did…..

We had it delivered. The sandwiches were literally 3 inches and the order of fries contained 7 cold greasy fries. Bread was stale. We paid $60 for kid meal portions!! Absolute trash!!
