We have visited this location several times. The staff is usually very friendly, just very busy. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms, just getting worn and dated. They do have the new soda machine with a gazillion flavor combinations. Something for everyone.
We have picky eaters who always modify their selection, and they are usually fine with the changes and get the order right.
The sourdough jack and curly fries is a definite favorite.
We have yet to try the mobile order, but someone popped in and picked up their order while we continued to wait. There may be something to that we have yet to discover. Probably faster.

Stood at the counter 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Half the tables were dirty. Bun was burnt, we didn’t get salad dressing for our side salad. Over all a very disappointing experience.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes +. One car in front in me ordering for a soccer team it seemed like. The staff should have had them park in a waiting area like other fast food places do. Today I decided to stop by one of my liked and enjoyed places to eat yep Jack N Da Box.. the food price and quality was good but the displayed picture looked way better than what I got I feel dooped because it fell very short of the picture..
Well I have to say this is one of the only times you’ve let me down Jack definitely gonna have to pass on this menu item cause it definitely looks over photo shopped.. Thank anyways for the great service and visit!

Scammers. They have a big sign out front that says popcorn chicken combo $6.99 however they refused to honor that price. Instead charged $9.99 Trash service! I’ll never come back.

The burgers were just ok. The counter help was dismal – inpatient even though there were no customers waiting to order behind me. And the restaurant was FREEZING inside. I burst out laughing when the counter helper asked me if we were “dining in.”

Isabella was so helpful. She went out of her way to correct a small mistake in my order. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we worked together to make it right. Her attitude was kind and determined and I really appreciated her extra effort!! You don’t usually have fast food workers with such great attitudes! Loved my experience there!

I went through the drive through & ordered & paid & the woman at the drive through window then told me to park & they would bring my food out to me. I did. I waited 15 minutes. The woman brought my food out finally. I took the bag as she quickly walked away. I looked in my bag it was missing fries. I went into the jack in the box and told them I was missing my fries. The woman told me she had to make some. I told her I wanted the other fries in my bag replaced they would be cold by the time she made new fries. The woman that took my order at the drive through came over & gave me a dirty look & quickly walked away.
I finally got my fries & left. Never to return again. I was the only one ordering in the drive through & the only one inside and it was prime time too.
Sad Horrible Service. Won’t ever go back again.
