This location is the Best! They have great staff and management! Izzy, manager, is always super friendly, polite, and caring of your needs and wants here. The food is always quick, fresh, and tasty. We dine in on special deal days and the place is usually clean and inviting. Sometimes, we order a queso to-go, and it is always packaged perfect and stays hot till we get home. Thank you for the great service, weekly! We enjoy the atmosphere and food.

Haven’t been to a tijuana flats in a few years. While on the way to Orlando stopped here and went in with high expectations on the nachos, which listed queso, as one of their ingredients and is what I care the most about. Paid for additional “corn salsa’ and guacamole. BTW the corn salsa turned out to be just plain corn. Got the nachos and went to my car, there was no queso to be found. Went back inside and asked about the queso. Another employee which i assume was the manger, claimed the queso was inside mixed with the shredded cheese under everything else. And then she had the nerve of asking me to pay more if I wanted more. I told her no thanks and left. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and that wasn’t good service at all. I don’t believe there was any queso and why would they put it in the bottom like she claimed?
These were the worst nachos I have had in my life, completely dried since the queso wasn’t there. After this poor customer service experience I will not be returning to any Tijuana Flats and will tell everyone about my experience. Now if they had said we’ll add a little queso for you on top, that would have spoken volumes about them caring to keep a customer happy. But I guess they just don’t care. Now I understand why some of their locations are closing.

They put my food in the to go bag crooked and it spilled everywhere. The staff obviously doesn’t give one crap about customer service. They just want to shove you out the door already having messed up your food.

If you like nasty wilted lettuce on your salad this is the place for you!! Put all the lettuce on the bottom of the salad underneath the refried beans and chicken. So instead of a salad I got some sort of stu. I called to let them know and was told that “that is the standard way we make our salads. That is how all salads are made.” No apologies, no refund, just yup that’s how it’s made, do you need something else? Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Chipotle or Taco Bell would be a better bet at this point

It’s just always a good experience! Between the Daytona Beach/Palm Coast FL. locations our orders have always been correct and made me in a swift manor. Facility are also always clean. I got my son hooked on their steak tacos and I enjoy the shredded chicken personally along w/the abundant choices of sauces they offer

At TF yesterday, the cashier was good and patient with the order. I forgot her name unfortunately. She also helped the family afterwards with the carryout boxes and bagging. That’s above any service I remember receiving at a fast food restaurant.

Our first visit was fantastic! We came around lunchtime during the week, they were slightly busy. It did not take us long to put in our order or get our food. The portion size is huge! Takes a little of the sting out of the price. From when you walk in, you were greeted to when you take your order to when you receive your order, the entire staff is always checking in to make sure you have everything you need but they are not overwhelming. It’s a nice balance. They have a variety of different sauces for you to try with descriptions above the pump for you to decide if it’s for you. I got the steak and rice burrito minus the beans add the gold sauce. My husband got the shrimp bowl we shared and both dishes were 10/10! We also ended up getting the 24 karat gold dip which was delicious as well.

Izzy is amazing. Let me start by saying I love Tijuana Flats. Three of us dined in about an hour before closing and our beef tacos were cold…very cold. Not only did Izzy personally remake the food, she gave us a credit. She’s so kind and professional. I truly appreciate her.

My first visit was excellent…. The tacos were great, the service was on point and friendly, given how busy they were at 530 pm … not to mention the place was clean.
This one is definitely smaller compared to some of their other locations I’ve been too but don’t let stop you from trying it out.
My only knock is that I want more cool art and local artist wall mural paintings like the others that makes it feel unique.

Nice establishment. Choose this location for lunch because the one in Daytona Beach is great. My food came cold, taste bland, and my queso was forgotten which I paid extra. Cashier took my order, then observed her giving people food without sanitizing her hands. Rate the food as a 2 Expected hot food at least. Everything else was tolerable.
