The people who work here are very very nice! The food is always warm and the drinks are great! They are however severely understaffed and wait times can take forever. But, if you’re not in a rush, this is a really good Dunkin!

I was out job searching,so I decided to stop onto dunkins,
As I was goin in a customer/or in this case the doughburgler was running out,I over heard in the background help stop him, stop him,
As he slid by me,I set out a gestering left leg to trip the assailant,as that worked,
As he was flying in( slow mo) also yelling nooo)a sense of appeal broke out in me and i instantly knew what I wanted to do in life,
Today im top flight security of dunkin doughnuts,
and of the world.

The woman there was more concerned with the heavy set guy, I take it was her boyfriend, then dealing with costumers. The place wasn’t clean, she made me a coffee that was old, and wasn’t hot. The red light was flashing on the coffee pot where if it were fresh it would have been blue. I mentioned that the coffee tasted horrible, and the top tasted like cigarettes from her smoking in front of the store. She said deal with it. So I left and threw out the bad coffee she made me. That was the worst 3.99 I ever spent. I’ll never go back there again!

Slowest drive thru ive ever been in. Once spent 20+ minutes in line with only 3 cars ahead of me. The employees can’t comprehend the slightest of requests, and 9 out of 10 iced coffees I get they walk off without handing me a straw. When I get anything toasted, its either burnt to black or not toasted at all. Is it that hard to work at dunkin? I feel that actual baboons can do a better job at running a smooth fast food/coffee chain. Would recommend going elsewhere for coffee.

All I wanted was a chai with espresso shot. This is the 3rd time I have gone to a Dunkin Donuts and was told the machine for the frothing is not working. The server was so sweet and she explained that the night before server didn’t clean. Ugghh. DD you can definitely do better! Please try.

They are out of donuts, and their ovens are off. They have no food at 1:30 in the afternoon. Why are they open to 7 p.m. they run out 0f donuts in the first few hours they are open. Place should just close down for good.

Terrible service this morning. Waiting in parking lot till they opened. Was barked at when walked into door . It was 5:09 a.m all the ladies were talking turns smoking cigs one went in and one would run out and rip butts like champions. Went to order at Dunkin’s counter. Was told to walk to end of counter near pick up window . Was very odd and not proper service at all.on top of all that waiting. The crusty lady said no bagels no croissants no nothing because all the time they had this morning Insted of smoking cigs outside they could have been preparing food. Unprofessional disrespectful and rude customer service and if I could give no star I would!
