Honestly nothing much to complain about with this Subway location other than there’s no public restroom and its in a very small location. Other than that, the restaurant was clean and service was great. They were out of several items when I came in, but it was near closing time so I’ll take the blame on that.

Aloha everyone! So it’s been awhile since I’ve ordered from Subway only because of a divided household on what’s for lunch but this time I jumped at the opportunity since my sister offered to pick it up yesterday! I was craving a roast beef sandwich really bad and I’ve always liked the ones from Subway. I’ve read the reviews and it was a mixed bag of great, good, bad, and horrible. But honestly, it’s a throw of the dice with anywhere lately so I was hoping that this experience would be an accurate and delicious one. Besides, I also really wanted to try the footlong nachos and footlong cookie too!
I ordered the following online:
Footlong Roast Beef (mine),
Footlong Ultimate B.M.T. (husband) Footlong Tuna (sister)
Footlong Steak Nachos
Footlong Roasted Chicken Nachos
Footlong Cookie (two of them)
My order was ready on time, accurate and absolutely delicious!!! The Nachos were crunchy, warm and super good. Al though you could probably make them at home, if you’re having a bad day, feeling exhausted, having a case of the munchies or don’t wanna deal with anything anymore, they are the perfect solution for you. I recommend especially the chicken nachos. The cookie was thick and a Footlong of yummy so I don’t have to say much more than that. Good experience. Thinking of the next order already!

Dunno about the other reviews, but this is the best Subway in my opinion (mainly bc the way they assemble their sandwich; the key being them putting the sauces first versus spilling it all over lmao). Every time I go, they are sooo nice, it’s super clean inside, & they just don’t miss period.

That day it had 3 people and as I was waiting, a known homeless guy was filling his water bottles with soda by the time I looked, he had 3 filled I brought it to the attention of the young girl and she could not say anything to him as he was finished and walked right out. Feb 11th, 2025 They’re focused on the sandwich, making that they don’t pay attention , obvious he’s done it before. Other than that, everything else was good.

I placed an order through the Subway app for delivery. I ordered the 6″ bacon and chicken ranch sandwich. I requested extra of everything except for ranch and jalapeños. After delivery, I opened my bag expecting a fat sandwich because I ordered extra everything and what I was was pretty much a flat messy sandwich. There was hardly any lettuce. Barely any chicken. Barely olives. It looked like the only thing I got extra of was bacon and Sriracha sauce. Thats it. It was disappointing and dissatisfied. This isn’t the first time I’ve place an order through this Subway and had issues with a delivery order either. If this is the kind of quality im going to receive from this restaurant, id rather just tip the delivery extra and place my order at another restaurant.

Wife placed an online order and went to pick up the sandwiches. She was told that they ran out of meatballs and was not offered any solutions.. she had already paid for the subs online. MY WIFE asked is she could substitute for a different sub and she was told that she could not. She then asked for a refund and was told that they could not refund. what else do you want her to do?? Just eat the 15 dollars? She had to ask to speak to a manager who gave her a hard time and finally voided the transaction over the phone. Terrible customer service with no solutions after THEY ran out of meatballs. Just expected us to say okay no problem keep our money. Moving on from this subway.. will drive to Mililani

Okay here it goes. I am not getting paid to do this. Anyway you’re welcome. This is probably the best subway in Wahaiwa. Those ladies will take care of you. Be a team player. Communication is important. I have been going to this place for some time. I am telling you ,know your sandwich artists and they will know you. Haven’t been to any other subway ever since. And for the Mililani subway had a bad experience.

How bad can a Subway be? The food was good, as usual, but the people that worked there were chintzy with the serving amounts. We had to ask several times to get extra anything! I asked for extra tomato, and she put one tomato slice on. So I asked again, got another one. I decided that was enough. The amount of tuna on the tuna sandwich was small, so my friend had to ask twice to get more tuna. Other than that, it was clean and tidy.

The ladies there are very helpful and listen very well. They didn’t rush or spoke above me. They had so much patience with me I was so happy I found cash in my wallet to tip them. They made my family’s dinner perfect.
