Normally when I get a Turtle espresso it was good but tonight I went and ordered a Turtle espresso waited in line which was about 20 mins for 2 cars infront of me got my other order but was about to leave until my friend realized i did not have my drink. When i had gotten my drink it tasted terrible as if the filter was not changed all day. The check out lady named Kaylee was not very polite with us and was just tense while we waited she seemed to have a problem with us. If you cant put drama aside while working then please do not work in a high serve area because you will more likely see them.

I waited in line for 30 minutes for less than 10 cars in line. Got to the window to get my drink and they tried to overcharge me for something I didn’t ask for. I said I wouldn’t pay it that as the prices always change there for the same exact order. I have spent a lot of money there over the past few years and as of today I will never go there again. That was literally the worst experience of service I’ve ever seen. It is my birthday as well so thanks for making it not fun with your highschool employees that treat your loyal customers like dirt. My son was in the car as well and I’m happy he got to see that there actually bad people out there who think they can take advantage of others. You guys just lost a great tipping and paying customer forever!!

Some reason tonight the coffee gave me food poisoning. Does fhe health department work in Pierre or ask to train properly. Making food and cleaning shouldn’t be difficult. Food poisoning is the number one cause of leaky gut intestinal issues and also spread of bacteria.

Smoothies are good. Wouldn’t recommend the matcha latte. They definitely don’t put enough powder in there. Can hardly taste the matcha. You can tell just by looking at the color.

This was my second visit to this store: It’s just a drive-thru. Nothing special. Nowhere to sit outside. The young help provided very average, typical teen-aged service. I think there were 3 kids working: had to wait until they finished their conversation before I was acknowledged, one was obviously not in a good mood, thankfully the one at the register was pleasant. I ordered a plain iced coffee with cream. The coffee was weak, and I would swear that it wasn’t cream but maybe 2%milk put into it. And hardly any of that. I asked for more cream which didn’t help. I should have returned it, but I didn’t. I ended up throwing half of it out. It was insipid.
The day prior, I had gotten a plain iced coffee with cream which was weak also, but creamier. I had also gotten a black iced tea which was very good, not weak nor watered down.

honestly they can never make my drink right, it’s either they give me cold foam and my mom none or they give me none and my mom cold foam after I paid 3 extra dollars for it, they don’t put it on there at all.

Normally I never have a problem, but today I ordered a pumpkin carmelicious and when she said my order back to me she clearly said pumpkin carmelicious but I received a regular carmelicious. Pretty bummed as the pumpkin is my favorite.
