I’m so glad I finally got to come here and order my food. I have been wanting to come here for so long and I wish I came her sooner the minute they opened! I got me grilled pork banh mi with Thai tea. It all only cost me $11. The banh mi was so delicious. The grilled pork was seasoned and very good. I have never tried the daikon and carrot grilled together, but it was still very delicious. It reminded me of home and I love it. I highly recommend going here and order you some delicious food. They even have a little market inside the restaurant. Not a lot of options, but I’m hoping this place will grow more. Will definitely take my family here. I’m so glad this business came to town because it just made this town a whole lot better with GX Asian Market being here.

I’ve been eating from this place since it started in a food truck years ago, and I’ve nearly always gotten the same thing. The Stir Fry Noodles, extra spicy, extra pork! I’ve started getting onions in it too, but I think it comes with onions normally anyways! I’ve also had the different phos, and I must say they are simply pho-nomenal! I also have had the dumplings, which I didn’t think I would like but I add to each order I get now.
Atmosphere wise, it’s nice but it could definitely use some work now. Everything I go in I notice more things though, so it’s definitely improving. It was better when they were ST Vietnamese, but they didn’t have all the retail items then either.
Service is top-notch, but I may be biased as I’m friends with everyone there. However, when other people come in they seem extremely friendly and helpful. They also seem to have quite a few regulars, which doesn’t happen if you have poor service, no matter how good the food is.
Overall, this is the place to go to in Galax. Especially if you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine. I’ve been here all my life and I don’t know what I did before they started up!

I tried GX Market for the first time today and it was one of the best Vietnamese food places I had ever been to. I ordered the Pork Noodles, Pad Thai, Red Curry, and Egg Rolls. I actually ordered the Pork Noodles earlier in the day and went back because it was so delicious! The egg rolls are the best I have ever had. I am definitely going to be a regular of this hidden gem in Galax.

Stayed to try the food, everything was fantastic; ordered the Pad Thai, Chicken Curry, and some Shrimp Rolls. I don’t normally review places, however this is a small business run by an honest woman.
The cooking is like home cooking and I will definitely be back for more.

Excellent Asian food! One of the best Banh Mi I’ve ever had. The Pad Thai and pork egg rolls are also top notch. I will definitely be going back next visit to Galax to try other menu items. Location is very unique. My only criticism would be they need a more prominent sign so people on the main drag can see it.

I just moved to Galax in September and have been craving pho. This place was absolutely delicious! The broth is very tasty, add in the hoisin sauce for a little kick. The egg rolls were incredibly fresh and crispy. The boba tea was also very good. I got the pho ga, honeydew boba, and an order of egg rolls. Highly recommend this restaurant!
