Made both of our sandwiches wrong he got a number 11 and all they put on it was turkey cheese mayo and lettuce. (All he asked was no tomato which they listened to that at least)
Mine I got the roast beef no horseradish no onions no crispy onions and they put horseradish on it. I do not like horseradish. If I was allergic to it id be screwed. It was my first time trying them my boyfriend talked highly about them. And I was very disappointed. We truck drive so we dont get the pleasure of just going wherever we want to eat. We only opened them once we got on the road again because we are running on a clock. Do better jimmy johns. Boys time to retire or open your ears.

They left multiple things off the sandwich. And for other items they added barely any so it was mostly bread. Realized too far down the highway to ask for a new one.

ordered two sandwiches one for me one for my fiancé. my sandwich was fine but hers they messed up in almost every way. also my step father got his sandwich on the wrong bread but luckily he noticed before we got back on the road and was able to have it re made. also the lady at the register had an attitude which i get girl but on top of everything it came across as dismissive.
