This place is the worst, I ordered the loaded cheesesteak fries, and two sandwiches, and neither had any cheese at all. Just dry meat on top of fries, and dry cheese and bread. I’ve seen other people post similar stories, I think it’s a joke or something. Haha.. Not funny for a cheese addict alright? $45 for two sandwiches and “loaded fries” should come with cheese.. Lol

Never knew that GrubHub uses home kitchens & pop up kitchen. Ordered the 2 for 4 Philly cheese & fries 4 my old man & myself. Took FOREVER 4 food to arrive…..& When it did show up WE GOT 1 SANDWICH. So I order a chicken cheesesteak and this is what I got a dry hogie bun and grilled chicken not one drop of cheese on the sandwich anywhere to be found!!! We ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches for delivery and both were not correct. The order was for 1 reg cheese steak and one chipotle cheese steak. Both with onions and peppers. (It says below that we ordered 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches, that’s incorrect?)
No sauces, no, onions or peppers.
The meat was overcooked and dry.
The food wasn’t very warm when it arrived and the cheese had congealed some. It had the texture of rubber…not a bad taste but very chewy. After the 4th bite, we we’re both done with it.
I’m it sure what happened with our meal tonight? I see the other reviews were good, must have been an off night.

EDIT: When I wrote this review it was about a physical location in Washington near or in Orchards. That location has since shut down and this location seems to be a ghost kitchen inside IHOP. I would go some where else.

I’ve had better cheesesteaks from Jersey Mikes.
This is no Philly Bilmos but it was OK. I asked if i could have wiz and american cheese. Of course was the answer, so i paid more. However the person assembling the sandwich did half American half Wiz. Pretty annoying but whatever that person may have been new and/or confused.
Ive only been here once and i like to give an establishment another try if my first experience isn’t great.

An absolute zero, and judging by the few other reviews they could care less. Ordered two cheeseteaks this evening, both came without a single drop of cheese. How you forget the cheese on a cheese steak god only knows. They also didn’t bother to include sides of ranch we paid extra for.
