We visited this ice cream shop on a Sunday evening around 7:30 pm after dinner. We were ignored for about 10-20 minutes before finally being served. To our surprise, they stated that they didn’t have any of the flavors we wanted, even though we could clearly see them. The cashier, Manuel, was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, it was very dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went here the evening of 12/26. While giving my order, the kid there hit something that opened the drawer while I was talking. He called over another kid and while he was fixing the issue, he was calling the first one names, swearing. I had to give my order 4 times. Then, a 3rd kid went to make the order. I ordered 3 items. He made two and insisted that is what I ordered. Me and my wife argued with the kid that we did order 3. After having to raise my voice, the 2nd kid came and started to make one of the orders that was already given. I had to explain again. This whole time, these kids were goofing off, swearing, and not paying attention to customers. I would rather go to McDs and deal with the frustration, hoping the machine is working than deal with this BR31

Went in to get ice cream around 9 o’clock on a Wednesday evening, stood in front of the ice cream counter for about six minutes while two guys were walking back-and-forth completely ignoring us and finally one of them says “oh are you here for some ice cream?” and we said yes, he told us to go over to the other counter and two minutes later, we were still standing there watching these two guys walk back-and-forth. There was no one at the drive through window they were waiting on. Needless to say, we walked out empty handed. Very poor customer service!

I hope this place gets better. Employees need to pay more attention to orders. They don’t ask if your coffee is a hot or cold yet you ask for hot and they give you a cold coffee anyways.. then we went again in the evening asked for w scoops of ice cream.. labels of icecream flavors are not posted, I ask what flavor one was and she answered I don’t know .. so I said give one scoop of a certain flavor well she just assumed I wanted 2 scoops of the same.. then we opened the fridge to buy a prepackaged pint and the container was really soft . Obviously they aren’t at the right temp. Owner needs to keep an eye on his business. Employees don’t seem to care and are not paying attention to their duties. I’ll stick to Starbucks .. never disappointed with service at Starbucks.. Nogales Baskin Robbins is failing

Very orderly. At other shops it’s kind of a free-for-all, stand here, stand there. order then wait to pay. One of the attentive servers directed us to place the order/pay/then wait by the counter. Best Mangonada ever. Well worth the trip. Thanks

I have stopped to buy ice cream and there’s always an excuse. No vanilla ice cream for a sundae or banana split, no bananas, no toppings and it’s during the week, imagine during the weekends!

Employee named Eden was rude place a regular small cone sugar cone like it said in the menu and was given a waffle cone so I asked him to charge me the regular cone which he said it was a cake cone and handed me the cone so I can switch it myself and after I said I was paying for it he gave me attitude and instead of him bringing me the order he had someone else bring it to me Hopefully Manager Laura can reprimand its employee for being disrespectful over all Baskin Robbins Nogales AZ is a joke
