Just left here, and got treated so horrible by the older short woman that was working in the front, the owners mom. My family and I have been coming here for years… we have recommended this place to everyone because of the great customer service the owner and his wife have always shown us! Tonight the corn in the cup that we had received tasted horrible, instead of not saying anything or putting a bad review (which we never ever wanted to do) we let the lady know so she has a heads up, and asked her if we could have our money returned on that one item or maybe get something else. Mind you my whole family was with me and all together we spent around 40 and ALWAYS faithfully tip! This was my very first time ever complaining. The older woman called the owner and let us know that her son was looking at my dad on the camera and said he had no idea who he was. So I guess you have to know us to get a refund back.
To the owner, your mother treated my parents, me and my siblings horribly rude as if we wanted hand outs. Me and my family do not behave this way, we have always supported you , your wife and your other businesses on Fredericksburg. We have always came to y’all’s locations and this will be the last time we ever comeback to this location. Even when we let your mother know how rude she was being it was only making her more mad and treating us worse rolling her eyes smacking her lips while she smacked the spoon on crock pot. What a-shame

First I like the paletas so do my kids. My husband loves the corn but I’m not sure if it’s just us but every time he goes there’s like an older lady who tells him to use the powder and Valentina instead of the home made sauce they make for the corn. Although that’s the #1 reason he likes to go since a lot of places don’t offer it.. she mentions it every time he goes. Well today she did the same and her old her well this is the reason I come because I like it she’s like well it’s going to be to acidic and he’s like yes that’s why I like it and she responded well to be honest it’s too expensive to make… like what. Why do they have it where you put whatever you’d like on your corn if they’re going to be upset! It’s honestly getting upsetting but I love supporting small businesses

They have Bionicos here and it’s so good. I went in not really sure if they had it. I only saw Fresa con crema. The. Right next to it was the bionico. This is my childhood favorite snack unlocked. I’m 34 and it was delicious. If your crazing fruit in a crema sauce go here. So good. Especially on a hot day. Or even a cold one. Who doesn’t love fruit. It is 8.00. I would say you can make it at home for that price possibly or buy the ingredients for a few more dollars and have it. But hey it’s the convenience and to be honest they are great. So stop in.

Me and my family love this place and love all of their menu. Nothing has disappointed us and the sizes are great. Kids love it, wife loves it and I definitely love the place. Always come back whenever we want a nice snack of some sort.

I have found my newest favorite place. We came here just wanting a snow cone. We love this place. Family owned, and great customer service. I encourage everyone to try this place. Try the Italian shaved ice…the cream is homemade, and goes great with the shaved ice.
