I am not one for reviews but honestly I really enjoyed my food here. I loved how they made the beans and my favorite the rice
I been to other Chipotle but mostly the one in 112 Commerce Way and I have say that this one is my favorite by far.
I love that it was placed in this cute little outside mall too.
And to that review, yes, because they are new there hours are different but I heard that next week or something it will close at regular hours!
Although they do have a sign at the door with their opening hours.
Also I felt the need to add this picture since it doesn’t have any and is killing me haha

This location is by far the worst Chipotle out of all the surrounding towns. It just flat-out sucks (excuse my language). It’s convenient for me, so I’ve tried to give it multiple chances, but every time, the food is terrible — no flavor whatsoever. Even adding salsa and queso can’t save the burrito from tasting like bland cardboard.
The place is always dirty inside, and the soda machine never works. This is just a really bad Chipotle. Whoever the field leader is for this area should be absolutely ashamed. Again, by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

I ordered Uber eats and chipotle in Lynnfield completely messed up my order and didn’t give me everything I ordered on my burrito bowls. It looks like bird food honestly. There’s no beans corn or salsa on either of these. when I called to correct it they weren’t accepting calls because they were closing, how convenient

I hate writing bad reviews, but this location needs some attention. I waited quite awhile to order despite how quiet it was and that multiple staff were working and saw me standing there. Several of the soda flavors were dispensing water or VERY diluted soda. It was also very messy in this location. Food was as expected for takeout Chipotle, but this location definitely needs some oversight overall.

More than once, I picked up my order and it looks like they played football with my tacos again! There were only 2 people eating, and only 3 orders on the pickup shelf, so it’s not like they were hustling to fill orders. Once is an anomaly. Twice is a pattern of behavior.

It’s always dirty. Soda and Ice Machines never work. The rice always looks mushy. Queso is never stirred. They drip queso on the sides of cups and never clean it up. The floor is sticky. They act as if only one person speaks English. They never say hello. It’s actually quite a mess. Just convenient.

lady serving my food at the bar so super rude and dismissive after me greating her very kindly. i asked for some extra sour cream because she only put a little in my bowl and she plopped down a giant scoop like i asked for something crazy outside of her job discrimination. everyone greated and was very kind to the lady that came in after me- it seemed like they knew her- and stopped serving me to get to her faster. im not one to write reviews but this was absolutely terrible customer service. staff needs to be trained better.
