Parked at stall#4 at the hendesonville Sonic on main street and its right outside the window. Watch a girl inside vaping and talking on her phone. All we ordered was 2 blue raspberry slushies for our kids. Hoped she wasn’t the one fixing our drinks but she was the one to bring them out to us and she hit the vape before coming out the door and we watched her blow out over our drinks and she smelled like who knows when she made it to the car. Had a cash tip in hand but changed my mind instantly after witnessing this. Now too these most simplest drinks to make and they ruined them. Just straight ice with blue raspberry floating on top not even mixed in. I hate this Sonic. Its only getting worse. Whoever is suppose to be managing this needs to be addresses. It needs to go to corporate how this 1 store in running the iconic fast food name for Sonic in the ground.

i’m on my break and they were very busy so i just asked the lady on my stall how long she might think it would take to make a burger. i was super nice and even asked her how her day was going before anything was said. she sounded annoyed that i asked her how her day was, i then asked my question about timing with food and she said very rudely “i don’t know..?” and i said “oh okay” and i was silent for a second bc i was shocked at how rude she was to the question. because i was silent for maybe 3 seconds she got annoyed and impatient and said “so do u want to place the order or not?” again i hesitated because i was taken back at how rude she was now for the third time.

Every time I’ve gone to this sonic, I’ve been unimpressed with the food quality, but today, it puts it over the edge. I went and ordered some dinner for my family. When I got home with it, I unwrapped my burger, only to find the bun was moldy. This is unacceptable. At first, I thought, ok, maybe they just didn’t notice because it was the bottom bun. NO, the bun was clearly laid down bottom side up and grilled. Someone had to grab the bun and put it down mold side up and thought to themselves, “eh no big deal,” and made a burger out of it. Disgusting and inexcusable. I’m never eating here again, and I’d recommend you don’t either. Congrats, sonic, for pulling the literal first reviews of my life.

Don’t go there, order cheeseburger and strawberry slushy. They remade my burger, my burger was slipping and was gross. Spoke to the manager he had an attitude. My strawberry slushy tasted like straight up dye. The worst sonic I ever been and won’t go back!

Don’t even try to order ched R Bites here because they don’t know what ched R bites even are. Pull up to the drive through, told them I wanted a cherry lime aid and CHED R BITES. They said okay we’ll be out. They come out I seen that they didn’t give me my cherry lime and they given me cheddar Jalapeños. I explained to the girl that I didn’t get my correct order. They come back out with the cherry lime aid but they bring out cheddar jalapeños again… I explained to the girl that I wanted the ched r bites… then she said oh sorry we thought you said Cheddar jalapeños we’ll get you what you want then leaves. Wait fifteen minutes the girl comes back out hands me this long greet filled with tatter tots and nacho cheese…. I finally just gave up because I was appalled at what she given me. Don’t go here it’s obviously a flipping joke just to get CHED R BITES.

I’m so tired of spending my hard earned money just to throw it away on garbage like this chicken sandwich and I gave a tip. You fast food workers need to be considerate of the customer’s that’s spending thier money!! Well they replaced my food with fresh food so I changed my review. Update so I went back today only to get another dried out hard chicken sandwich this location need to get shut down!!!!!

Chicken sandwhich had almost no chicken in it just overcooked breading. Tasted like cardboard. My husband had a burger that had a moldy bun, mind you the bun was toasted so someone had to have seen that it was moldy while making it. I don’t trust the food safety of this place. Don’t try it.
