Meh. The customer service here is terrible. She was in a hurry to close when we entered and wasn’t welcoming or kind when taking our order. Our sandwiches were also made in a haphazard manner. Definitely not our favorite subway

Im in Philly and my kid goes to Pitt. So Ive made the turnpike drive 10x. I love this wierd little location at the Johnstown exit, and have hit it for road lunch 5x. In a pothole-filled lot next to the toll stiles (left at 1st light, left at the fence) Food is as good as subway gets. Fresh. Servers are polite and accomodating. I guess Im the profile why they stay in business. Although the fellow clientele has at times been, um, interesting. In a good way. Def stop by if you need tummy fuel!

Even though the hours say they are open, it looks like this location is permanently closed, all the subway branding has been removed and there is a for sale sign in the window.

Online ordered, great price, and when I came to pick it up, a fine young man, Hunter, told me they were out of the ingredients for one sandwich. He was very accommodating and got me a great substitute, and gave me free drinks for the delay! Great place.

Stopped over on our drive back home for quick dinner. They didn’t have veggie patty, so had to go with sandwich with all the vegetables. Place was clean and lone girl there was helpful. Wish they had veggie patty, would have given then 5-stars.

Very poor service. The high school girl who was working was extremely lazy. I asked for spinnach on my salad and she said they were out. I had to keep pressing her until she went and got some from the back. She did as little as possible. My husband’s sandwich looked terrible and was so empty. Most Subway subs at least look like they have something in it.

Too small of a store to have the workers hear your order the best. Two machines ( the oven and the drink cooler) in need of service. So loud that the customer has to raise their voices for the associate to hear the order. Thats not fair to both parties involved.
