We’ve stopped here a few times on our way out of town and really want to like it, but there seem to be ongoing issues with both consistency and customer service. On a previous visit we were told they were low on bacon and wouldn’t serve it, which seemed odd, and today they were completely out of tomatoes. Even more disappointing was the customer service. One of the female employees was very abrasive, from yelling at customers about where to stand yet not being clear where the line goes, yelling people to move out of the way as she took sandwiches to tables, and even one customer looking for the trash. It felt like frustration was being taken out on customers. The space inside is small, and instead of getting upset with customers who are trying to stay out of the way, a designated waiting area would really help. Take a couple tables out by the door. Overall, the experience was meh and makes us hesitate to stop here again. It’s been good before, just would like to see a friendlier staff for once. It’s ruining the business.

I was driving by after work. It was close to 6:00pm. The lights were on, so I parked and walked to the door. The door was locked and the sign said they closed at 6pm. It was 3 minutes past. I walked back to my car and heard someone call after me. She said I could come in and that they still had their food out. She then smiled and said, “That is if you don’t order like ten sandwiches.” I joked back that I had a party to attend and would need more than ten! Emily was very kind to let me in and order. She was friendly and shared some of the history of the Deli and that she hoped to be an owner one day. She shared how the soup is made from scratch and that the chef really knows his food. The sandwich was plenty of food, yet since they were closing, she offered me a complimentary cup of soup! The food was great, the service was outstanding. It is well worth a stop. If you are reading this review, don’t hesitate to check them out!

So I got this place for lunch, me and my wife and I got a sandwich called the silver duck. And my wife got the French dip. I have to say that it was so so delicious. The silver duck had sourdough bread, pastrami, bacon, roast beef, mayo, and alfalfa sprouts. The sandwich was so good the flavors all came together every bite. It also came with a homemade potato salad, and that was delicious. It was the best potato salad I’ve had in a long time. The flavors of that where fresh, and rich. My wife’s sandwich was delicious as well. It came with different bread, and the bouillon sauce was delicious that it came with. My wife also got the jalapeno potato soup and it was very delicious. You could taste the jalapeno in every bite but it wasn’t overpowering it was acidic but also very salty and potato as well so all the flavors came together perfectly. The customer service was top notch too. Overall I would definitely recommend this place because they have tons of different varieties of sandwiches and soups and salads. I know I’m going back to try them all.

I have not been disappointed in the five or so times eating there. Phat pig is my favorite! They display a sign, “If you want it your way go to Subway.” I kind of like the policy, reminds me of the old Dutch Oven.

Please go to this place if you’d love sandwiches and not just any sandwiches we’re talking with the homemade bun with the deli slices and all the Fixins. This is the place to be. They’re doing soups here they got an amazing atmosphere and you will not regret the sandwich that you picked and they are doing a few and they’re doing it right and exactly the way you want it.

The name says it all except that eating fresh ingredients like what’s in their sandwiches can help loose weight. The staff was very friendly and helpful in what you want or don’t want in you food. It’s a nice place to get a quick meal or take it with you.

We have been wanting to stop in this place for months and today we finally did. It did NOT disappoint. We ordered “The Wally” which is the chef’s special. The sandwich crafted was absolutely delicious! The combination of meats, sauces, and cheese were extraordinary. I feel it says a great deal the chef could be inspired to make something off menu, on the spot and it be that good. We also enjoyed their soup of the day: New England Clam Chowder. It also was delicious. Depending on the sandwich they can be easily shared, which is what we did (with a side of soup for each of us). Perfect amount for a quick lunch. We will definitely be back.
