What a great treat in Council. Perfect for locals or those just passing by.
They offer coffee, tea, Italian sodas, treats, and a great environment. They also have a small giftshop, and FREE Library inside as well as a small library box on the outside of the building. And even more amazing treat, was that I found the book I illustrated for sale in their gift shop, (‘I saw a purple bubble’ is an illustrated poem for children, so if you pass by buy my book. Hehe!) The barista is talented and friendly, exactly what you want at a coffee shop. The locals are also friendly. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and adorably decorated. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through this little town.

I ordered my favorite espresso drink, a white chocolate mocha, with 5 shots of espresso, extra white chocolate sauce. The barrista, a young girl, had never made one like that before. For lack of a better term, it was “PERFECT”! I don’t know her name, but I was there the morning of 6/1/24 and I gave her her first tip for the day. She did a great job!

Very charming little coffee shop in Council with excellent coffee, a wide selection of flavors, baked treats, and other local goods for sale. The staff (usually the owner) are very friendly and pleasant. Best coffee within 50 miles, definitely worth going out of your way to go here.

Loved this stop! We were on our way to southern Oregon and wanted some iced tea for the drive Our barista was so helpful, so accommodating to our requests. My tea was absolutely perfect and my husband’s Italian soda was deliciously invigorating.
