Love the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich.
I am always getting it when I am near the mall. so much I love th sandwich so much was I disappointed when the guy on the grill did not wear his mask properly not covering his mouth and nose. quiet shocking for me in times like this . Actually he was the only guy on the whole food court. I just saw it after I ordered it but didn’t feel comfortable, eating the sandwich.

Customer service is everything to me. I witnessed the franchise owner being incredibly rude to customers and slamming on the counter telling them to “HURRY UP!” He also handled cash and then immediately handled chicken wings with his bare hands. When my order was ready I politely asked for blue cheese and the other worker said, “YOU DIDN’T ORDER IT!” Don’t know if it’s worth going back there anymore.

I work in the mall and this place offers a free drink to mall employees. When you order a combo, a regular offering at $7.99 which comes with a sandwich and fries the owner jacks up the price stating it has to be a regular menu item. He has even come to my table disrupting my lunch to chastise me about requesting a free drink! I went again today and before I could even place an order he began telling me I couldn’t have a free drink! I enjoy their sandwiches but WILL NEVER go back due to the poor attitude of the owner.
Reply: a free drink to mall employees is a free drink, it shouldn’t matter what I order! And btw upping the price by $2 in order to give me a free drink is ridiculous! That means the drink is costing me $2. That is not a free drink! If you truly wanted to offer mall employees a free drink you wouldn’t be changing the price!!!

It’s great especially when you have been I’ve abandoned by my son and i been working on a home andi have seizure disorder and no one wants to help you survive as I am making payments for my house and I only little money also I have to take care of my service dog and he has lost some weight as well so the chees steak is great

I stop by here EVERTIME I’m come to Santa rosa. Hands down the best cheesesteak around. Great service, friendly, fast, clean and super delicious. The crew were super friendly and cooperated with my confusing and complicated order. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Easily the best food in the mall and as mentioned before best sandwich in town.
