There’s nothing better than a fresh out Wendy’s hamburger, but it’s luck of the draw at this place. 9 times out of 10, I get an old hamburger, even when I ask that they cook it fresh. The one time I do get fresh hamburgers, it’s delicious, but with costs the way it is, I refuse to take the chance anymore. Corporate office–please put some people in there that care about the quality of the food I pay a lot for.

Do not go here! We dined in and the front lobby was a mess! ALL tables were dirty, the chairs had food in them, drink machine nasty, ketchup dispenser was horrible, the manager on duty was rude, the young kids in there really didn’t care, our food was cold, chili had no meat in it looks like running bean soup smh and this used to be a great Wendy’s!! Corporate got their hands full all I can say!! $65 dollars gone down the drain

The only positive thing I can say is the French toast sticks are always fresh, BUT they are never open when they are supposed to be. I work in the area and come often for breakfast and 3 out of 5 times I am the only car in the drive thru sitting at the speaker for more than 5 minutes only to be told they are not open yet and it will be 10 more minutes. Each time it gets later and later today I was told 5 minutes at 7:20 and yesterday 10 min at 7:17. Your hours say you are supposed to be open at 7am, so if you need time to get ready for customers you should come in earlier because I can promise you Wendy’s is losing business to the McDonald’s down the street during breakfast. Wendy’s is not worth being late to work.

Prepare to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive thru line even if you’re the only one there. They’ll make you pull forward and wait near the door and then take their time now that the sensors in the drive thru lane think your order is done. It was an empty restaurant with nobody inside and no line at the drive thru, it still took 23 minutes. I can’t believe this place is still open when it’s run like this. They also didn’t provide me with a receipt, so there’s no way to give feedback. This place is run by lazy people cheating the system so they don’t have to work. Sunday Dec 7th, 10:15am. Ordered two sausage biscuits, that’s all. 23 minutes.

This morning we received chicken that was pink raw. Looked like a raw piece of chicken was cooked for 15 seconds a side. Completely unacceptable. I am seriously concerned that someone in my family could get sick after eating a few bites before we became aware.
We will never be returning and I plan on contacting area and national management about this, along with the local health department.

Always a long line in drive through around meal time. Food is fine but I don’t know why it takes so long to place an order in the drive through. Spicy chicken wasn’t spicy at all. Enjoyed the baconator. Frosty machine always seems broken. Napkins were the hand towels used in the bathroom last time we went. Not sure what happened. Love the baconator. Have had 3 in the last 2 days. But they’re really short staffed at this location. Do not make the mistake of going inside and ordering if the drive thru line is long. I repeat do NOT go inside and order thinking you’ll save time. Even though the line is out to the road (which it typically is during lunch and dinner), it will be much, much quicker going through the drive through. There’s only 1 guy working the counter and the drive-thru is their priority. They’ll take one order inside and then go help deliver about 4 orders in the drive thru. Then he’ll come back and deliver 1 order inside at the pick up counter. And then do some more drive thru orders. And then come back and take another order inside. And then the cycle repeats. Customers inside were getting curious. I honestly thought a fight could erupt as the guy behind me kept telling the manager to get back to the counter and take orders for the inside customers which he refused to do. The one advantage of going inside of you’re free on time and like to drink sodas is the refillable coke machine. I feel sorry for the guys working because they’re busting their behinds working. But the construction workers come here because it’s supposed to be fast food and they have a limited lunch break so I get when tensions are high. Free WiFi (working) inside too.

I went thru drive-thru service. Not quality food and amount wasn’t provided a medium fry instead of large and no sauce for the chicken nugget. I had to pay extra!
