Swung by this taqueria food truck and picked up 6 tacos de lengua—honestly, some of the best I’ve had. The meat was tender, flavorful, just right. They hook you up with green and red salsa too. The green is super tasty, but that red one? Man… coming from a Mexican, it’s crazy spicy. Like “you might start praying” spicy Still bomb, though.
Service was chill and super friendly, and they even have punch cards for a free meal. Overall, a solid 5-star spot. Definitely worth checking out.

You know where you can get some bomb authentic food!? THIS PLACE! This place right here, no need to continue looking because you’ve found it. Everything was wonderful, from the food to the service. My husband had a burrito and loved it, when he said spicy, they absolutely delivered. He said finally, a spice that was meaningful. Lol
Anyway, give this place a try. You won’t regret it. 🙂

Super friendly and the food was good. I got the wet Carne Asada and oh man it was good. My husband hot the Chicken Burrito and though super flavorful the chicken was dry. I will go back and try more. Some other clients were there and got some type of Tacos and they looked amazing too.

This place has great service. The guy is very helpful and nice. The portions are great for the price. I’m from the Bay Area in California and this place reminded me of home. Great authentic tacos!

I can’t imagine the food from this little food truck getting any less than five stars! This was my first time ordering from Taqueria Juan Colorado, so I wanted to try more than just one item. I got the asada burrito, two tacos asada and two tacos pastor, needless to say, I have two tacos and about two-thirds of my burrito left. The burrito was gigantic, with more meat than beans and rice (that’s a good thing in my opinion)! The tacos had a pile of meat with cilantro and onions on top, limes and radish on the side just the way I like them!
What a surprise! I can’t wait to go back and try some other menu items!

Our family loved the place. At first I thought it was a little on the pricey side but once you see the amount of food you get is definitely worth it. The food and service was excellent hands down, they messed up my order but gladly fixed it. They kept our drinks filled and the chips and salsa flowing. I would definitely go back there and eat if we weren’t just visiting family in Medford. If you want good Mexican food and to be full when you leave I recommend you eat here.
