Drive thru – fast food? My transaction took 45 minutes from the time I entered the line. Got to the window; was asked if I wanted any sauce with my order. Mind you I was getting two orders of Jr. Jumbo Jack cheese burger meals. I requested catsup. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and Coke. Waited at least 10 minutes at the pick up window. Got 2 cokes. Waited some more. Told the guy he gave me 2 cokes. He handed me the bag and exchanged the sodas. He did apologize. But really!?! Fast food, my butt. Icing on the cake, there was not catsup for my cold fries and cold burger.
Not the first time I’ve been burned by this joint but it will be the last time.

My new favorite burger. Too bad there are none in Nebraska. My first order was not even close to what I ordered. I wanted a no 8 and got a no 2. Still tasty. Service is slow, that’s why I didnt return it. I didn’t want to wait another 1/2 hour. 2nd time they got the order right so it was probably a different crew.

First let me say that the handicap parking is on the other side of the building not close to the entrance at all. Second you must order from A kiosk and some of the items in the kiosk menu they don’t have. Third the staff have no idea what they are doing. So unorganized for a 5 person staff running around and getting nothing done. People waiting to order and people at the one kiosk they had really don’t know how to use it and people piling up behind them. Not the first time we went but not much options in Parker and it’s been the same each time we stop. But!! No more!! Whoever owns the store needs to pay attention and find the A team to work because the D team just isn’t cutting it and I’m really surprised you’re making a profit!! Bad business sense!!

I was treated very rudely after getting terrible service from this location. I placed and order(myself because they can’t afford an employee to do that) and after 15 minutes I had to come to the counter to ask about my order. At that time is when they started making my food. When I was handed my food after another 10 minutes I was treated very rudely for asking for my drink as well.

I’d never eaten at a Jack in the Box before. I now know to stay away. The decor was spartan. There were hardly any condiments. Food was only so-so (although I lived my Oreo Shake). This chain has seen better days.

Walk in no customers, Lady looks at me and goes to the back by the cook, I continue to wait for another 3 or 4 min and cook finally says she’ll be there in a moment, she finally shows up and rudely takes my order and walks away, my food is done she brings it to the front and puts it on the counter and didn’t say a thing and walks away, she evidently doesn’t like her job or the customers! My breakfast sandwiches were partially cold and the worst breakfast jack I’ve ever had in my life! I personally will never stop there again one and done, when traveling it’s the last thing you want is attitude from someone who hates her job and customers, Now I understand why the place was empty when every other restaurant in town had customers! One AND DONE!

We went through the drive thru and tried to place two separate orders. We were told we couldn’t do that. I think the guy was trying to he funny but failed miserably. The wait wasn’t long, the food was hot and the order was complete. Probably won’t go back that. The guy working the window wasn’t rude completely, but we didn’t know what he was saying most of the time. Not because of language, just confusing.

I was hoping to give this jack in the box a review. And couldn’t believe it popped up on my phone,
I was on my way to lake Havasu for a couple days fishing on Memorial Day 2025, So I wasn’t surprised to had a wait for my order, the order was taken very quickly and while I was waiting I was not ignored, actually I was being updated that it wasn’t forgotten. A few times, you can imagine fast food on a Holiday like that.
The order finally came up and I have to say These guys nailed it, the food was fresh, prepared like Jack in the box would want. And I gave it a 5 star atmosphere because with all that was going on I was impressed how clean and pleasant it was, worth the wait…
What more can I say, well I actually can, because I was on my way back home and was so pleased with the experience there, let see how they do on a regular day.. same great service,

I don’t mind waiting for other folks to get their orders filled as long as mine is as fresh as it should be.. eating out is not cheap anymore, the guy at the counter was awesome but it’s all a team effort.
