Food is good. Wife really likes the pancakes. Service was polite but very slow. It seems like the kitchen does 1 order at a time and nothing seems very much prepped to where you could do more things at once. Biscuits and gravy were quick to Come out as they were prepped ahead. Just don’t understand how the kitchen works. Food is very good though. Could have been just one of those days.

This place is full of history , absolutely amazing the people are super nice ,and the food is made from scratch prepared deliciously , big portions to fit a budget , I loved it ! My husband and I met family here for Sunday breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. We received food and drinks as ordered in a timely fashion, refills quickly and the staff all wore masks/PPE due to Covid.
Something to note for the owners: being a former waitress, I loved seeing how well the wait staff helped each other and worked together when they saw something that needed to be done like drinks refilled or dishes removed – their teamwork kept everything running smoothly during the breakfast/brunch rush.
