Nice location to grab a snack before you go on the Dollywood Express train ride or just a stop before walking around the park. We ordered the Klondike Katie pizza flatbread, pretzel garlic bread sticks ( not available) , and had our Dollywood mug free refill for the day then supposed to be $1.99 refills next time you bring it to the park. The pizza was good and we were not charged for the soda ( free for the (1)day bracelet. Also found out that if you only wanted to fill the Dollywood mug with ice and water no charge.. there’s plenty of seating outside in the shade.

The pizza was okau, it is equivalent to a mediocre frozen pizza. However for $12-14 for a small one, I’d expect a bit bigger portion size. The flatbread is decent, but I wish they provided ranch. Their prices are my main issue, $10 for 4 garlic knots or 2 pretzel sticks is pushing it. Also I think they could be more efficient in managing the line, such as having orders placed at the beginning of the building instead of the end. The racks end up having a ton of cheese/pepperoni pizza, but there’d be multiple customers waiting for garlic knots to appear. Just an observation that may maximize efficiency here.

Advertised that they close at 9:30pm, but we entered at 8pm and there is no food outside, the entire staff is cleaning the place instead of cooking the food and by now we’ve been waiting almost 20 minutes for a individual size pizza and I could see it was thrown in the over about 5 minutes ago. The redhead girl who is in charge of the cashier was extremely attentive and the food was good as well.

The staff isn’t overly service oriented when it comes to filling the ice in the fountain or when ringing us up but we LOVE the flatbread pizza. And the pretzel breadsticks with cheese sauce are pretty good, too. We haven’t tried the little personal sized thick crust pizza but our nephew liked the pepperoni pizza. I say give this restaurant in Dollywood a try. It’s across from the train depot.

For the prices, I was not expecting to be served a frozen pizza. They should think about providing a gluten free option that contains animal and dairy products.

Gluten free does not equal vegan. Vegan does not apply to most GF people. Pepperoni made of plants and cheese made of oats tasted very weird.

Grab and go personal pizza and pretzels! You can request gluten free or dietary friendly to be made but having this little pizza place by the carousel and train is great! There it an outdoor covered picnic sitting area for families as well as tables with umbrellas. Don’t expect a large pizza, but it’s enough for a lunch for one for sure. And grab the pretzel sticks with sauce! Super good!!

I had the daiya gluten free, dairy free cheese pizza. Generous slices . It’s nice to have above average options with food intolerances while traveling! S/o to Dollywood for being inclusive and accommodating regarding menu options.

The flatbread pizza is the best food in Dollywood (besides the Cinnamon Bread and fudge of course). Staff is also nicer here in my experience.

The only reason this is even 3 stars is because they have it ready, and it’s just Dollywood. Dollywood can do better than this, and I want to be eating fresh, hot pizza instead of semi-warm, just thrown into the oven pizza. Also, very expensive, but that is expected from a theme park or a place like this.
