Hit up the Burger King right across from Centennial Hospital, we walked in for lunch, and right away the manager GianCarlo helped me with the kiosk. I wanted to top the frozen cotton candy with vanilla ice cream and he was like, no problem, punched it all in, super friendly. Everything came out crazy hot!? double Impossible Whopper, half fries half onion rings, tasted like the fryer was just changed. Store looked spotless; even the bathroom smelled clean. Staff laughing, chatting like they actually like each other. That combo drink with the ice cream melted just right, sweetest finish ever. Damn good meal!!

The cooks didn’t make my food as described on the receipt they also made out sandwiches with stale bread. Had to wait for our food longer than any one while it sat in the warmer before we got it. The manager sitting behind us did nothing about it. Will not be back to this location.

I get it’s fast food so you shouldn’t expect much, but my burger was so sloppily put together. It had cheese on it, but the cheese was separated into pieces instead of it being one solid piece. I got more onion than patty.
Either re-train the employees, or get new ones all together, this is ridiculous. It looks so nasty I didn’t even eat it.

I visited the drive-thru at 2 a.m. it wasn’t busy tonight, so I was thankful. I gave my order: sm onion ring, oreo shake, km dbl chsburger no pickles w barqs,whp Jr duo w bac/chs both sandwiches but no pickles and no lettuce. We pull up to the window, and there is no one anywhere. She was in the back somewhere. Around 30 minutes later she came to the window with our food. She could have been the only one there, making all of the food, but it was all cold, and the milkshake was melted. To us as customers, she really came across as she was under the influence of some kind of substance.

Well first the good. The food was decent, although the Halloween themed nuggets didn’t taste as good as they normally do and the woman working drive in was super friendly. The bad…it was SLOW. Make sure you’ve got a full tank of gas or you could have problems. As I was leaving, I literally saw cars backing out of the line and leaving, yikes!

Well those place is something else, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. In fast food you can expect a few bad apples but this place is a whole bushel of them. The drive through line was very long and don’t seem to be moving fast way all. (Should have took that as a sign). So we went inside. Pretty sure the guy that was supposed to be bagging people’s food was on something. (His face and how he was acting kind of gave it away). But he said he’d be right with us and just aimlessly walked away. The lady cleaning the dining area saw and came and took our order. Cool so then we waited for our food, and waited, and waited. It took over 20 mins for them to even start building our tray of food. Which was not a lot. Two kids meals, a Whopper, and chicken sandwich. There only seemed to be two people in that whole place that know what do to and it was two men working the line, and they had to keep stepping away to help the others. The food was ok, the whopper, chicken sandwich and kids chicken nuggets were hot besides the fries that tasted like they had been sitting in the fry warmer for hours. It only sucked that the facility is very nice but their staffing definitely NEEDS work. I wish this was only a training deficiency but from other reviews I think it may stem from the lack of management.

The people who work here must have been high with how slow they were moving around. There were hardly any orders and they still took over 10+ minutes for my simple order to be fulfilled. The fries were half filled and my burgers looked like a mayonnaise bomb went off all over the place. I will never come back to this location.

This place is in serious need of staff and hopefully a quicker wait for the drive thru. Beware: on three occasions they have given me less than half my order and I had to go back.
