Today we stopped by this café again — we come here quite often because we truly love their sandwiches.
Previously, the only thing that sometimes disappointed us was that the staff wasn’t always very friendly, and at times it even made me hesitate to come in.

But today everything changed. We met Ritu . She was so warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming that it lifted my mood for the entire day. We happily had breakfast here with our kids and then went on with our day in a great mood.

It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes when someone truly loves their job and does it with heart — you can feel it immediately, and it transfers to the guests.

I’d also like to kindly ask everyone who visits this café to be just as friendly to the staff. They have a direct impact on our mood and the overall atmosphere of the place. Please respond with warmth, so that this wonderful positive energy that makes this café so pleasant isn’t lost.

Went to this subway and Ritu gave me and my boyfriend the best customer service. The inside of the store was nice and clean, and Ritu made the best sandwich from Subway I had in a while!! Will come back again to this location.

I GOT HALF OF THE MEAT WHEN I PAID FOR DOUBLE! (BEWARE OF SCAM)

Hate to leave bad reviews but I was lied to twice INCLUDING BY THE OWNER, and reading comments I’m not the first.

Long story short I ordered online, when I picked up the sandwich it felt light, I asked if they did “DOUBLE MEAT” the guy said yes. I thought okay I did get flat bread maybe that’s why. When I got to the car I checked and there was only 3 slices.

I went back inside and politely asked if they can check my sandwich (owner appeared now) didn’t even open it and said he made it and its DOUBLE MEAT. He claimed double meat is 4 slices per 6 inch.

I said okay maybe I’m crazy, but luckily I have a kitchen scale at home. When I looked it up for a normal roast beef sandwich you’re supposed to get 2.5 ounces per 6 inch which is roughly 8 slices! I was in complete disbelief when the scales showed 1.7 ounces WHICH IS EVEN LESS THAN NORMAL… turns out I paid extra for… EXTRA LESS!

On top of all this, they forgot the lettuce and banana peppers.

Extremely disappointing experience. The owner is a con man.

Quality and service has went downhill at this particular location. I placed an online order for a ham and turkey salad. In the past the salads always came chopped. I was disappointed when I got home to find out the ingredients were thrown in the container and were not chopped. The vegetables were whole and the meat was still in slices laid on top!

Talk about laziness!

Horrible customer service. I went today to get a Cold Cut Trio. The girl making my sandwich was nice. I’ve been getting this sandwich for years not only at other locations but this one as well. I don’t like tomatoes, onions or bell peppers so I just get lots of lettuce, pickles and black olives. So while she’s adding my toppings the so-called “owner” is hovering and is at the counter cutting some meat. As she’s done adding the salt-n-pepper I ask her if she can wrap them in 2 halves. She said sure. Next thing the “owner” turns around and says to the worker “that’s too much”! The girl goes she asked for that. So she continues to wrap my footlong in 2 halves and I asked for some cookies. She put my food in the bag and is about to ring me up when the “owner” gets up goes to the food and takes off a label and hands it to me or i thought. I reach for it and say what’s this? (Thinking he’s handing me an advertisement or store coupon) and as I’m reaching for it he pulls it back and says “THIS IS HOW MY SANDWICHS ARE MADE” and “NEXT TIME IM GONNA HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA!!!” I’m like are you serious? I’ve been coming here for years and always got my sandwich made this way. Everywhere subway makes them like this!!! I’m not understanding. I don’t like the other stuff like tomatoes and peppers so instead of those toppings I get more pickles and olives. He goes ill have to charge you extra next time. Im like that makes no sense, i guess i wont come here anymore. He says “DONT COME BACK!! The girl rings me up and I say I’m paying over $10 for this sandwich and it’s not even worth the price. I said you just lost a loyal customer. So she gives me my change and receipt. I take it and start to walk away and the so-called “owner” says (as 2 new customers walk in) DONT COME BACK!!!! I said I won’t and your store sucks anyways!!! There was no need for his rudeness im spending my hard earned money coming to his place of business and for him talking to me a paying customer like this is uncalled for. I need someone high up in the company to take a look at how this franchisee is conducting business and treating customers this way. I should’ve just gave her back the sandwich and got my money back. With they way prices are going up everywhere he needs to be nicer to paying customers if he wants to stay in business!!! Hopefully corporate sees this and contacts me. I’m not the only one getting mistreated at this location!!! I’m adding a photo to show how my sandwich looks and it wasn’t “too much” like he said
