Barrel House is a great spot for both food and drinks. The atmosphere is welcoming, the menu has something for everyone, and everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service.
Jay, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and always on top of things. He made sure our drinks were perfect, checked in at the right times, and brought great energy that elevated the whole night. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a good experience.
Highly recommend Barrel House if you’re looking for good vibes, great food, and excellent service—especially if Jay is working!

His impact on the entire customer experience is phenomenal. Even when the bar is completely slammed , Jay ensures the bartenders have everything they need without missing a beat. The service speed is consistently excellent because he keeps things running smoothly. I always notice how incredibly hard he works to support the entire staff. He’s attentive, organized, and contributes massively to the welcoming, efficient atmosphere of the place. The seamless experience you get at Barrel House is largely thanks to his dedication. His efficiency allows everyone else to focus on top-tier service.
Jay is the definition of going above and beyond in his role. The whole operation runs better because he’s on the team. Definitely stop by and enjoy the best-run bar in the area!

Have been here several times, but not for brunch and bottomless mimosas. Our server Janelle was phenomenal! She made great food recommendations, was extremely responsive, and was so engaging. Will definitely be back on another Sunday to enjoy her service!

I really love this place. Food is sooo good, atmosphere too, but lately the service has been really bad. Today our server was Jenny and we don’t have words to describe how bad everything was. Bad attitude, not rims for our drinks and when we asked her with, she only said not time for that. After that, she never back again to ask for our order o something. Just a bad experience with a person who doesn’t like her job at all. However, we will try again in the future! Just keep on mind!

Friends and I visited Saturday night for the Bears vs. Packers game, so it was understandably very busy. Even with the chaos, our server was absolutely on top of it. She was super attentive, friendly, and her recommendations were spot on.
We ordered a variety of food — cheese curds, wings, and steak tacos — and everything was delicious. I was honestly surprised by how good the food was for a bar atmosphere.
And whoever came up with the macadamia nut cookie… heck yeah! Highly recommend ending your night with that dessert. Really good vibes from this establishment.

Very nice place, mixed crowd. Very nice servers. Lots of tv screens to watch sports. We were there for the Super Bowl 2024 and it was quite nice experience. It was crowded but not too crowded. We still got our drinks and food in timely manner and could have a co versatile without yelling at each other. Very tasty food and drinks too!

I’ve been here 2 times now and they don’t disappoint! Salads are very fresh and tasty! No wilted light colored lettuce! Fresh, crisp, green romaine served on a chilled plate! I am picky about salads and my new favorite is the avocado chicken chopped salad! Curly fries are perfect, burger, chicken sandwiches, tacos, appetizers are all so good! Try their macadamia nut cookie, ice cream skillet for dessert! Wow

My partner and I came to watch the Bears game and had an amazing experience thanks to Jay. He took great care of us the entire night and was absolutely on go mode, attentive, friendly, and clearly great at his job. He made us feel very welcomed and really elevated our whole experience.
