Customer service here is non existent. They act like you’re bothering them when you come in and order food. Never greeted, just let you stand and wait until they’re ready to acknowledge you’re even there. When an employee finally came to the register to take our order we were just given a “what’s up.” When we were leaving there was on off the clock employee standing behind the counter in here gym clothes and sandles, with her stomach out and phone tucked into her shorts waistband while she was making her own food. Not sure how that’s up to health code either, so gross. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 18th.

I ordered food at 950 pm before they closed. After taking my money, and accepting my order. They looked up at the clock and decided it was too close to closing to complete it…SO THEY VOIDED OUT MY ORDER!!?? Unacceptable and extremely lazy behavior from the employees. I’ll never come here again

I ordered a firecracker wrap.
It was voided due to no drivers
I was supposed to be refunded
I called the following day (today) because I hadn’t been refunded.
The girl got smart with me and was no help and rude. I will not be ordering from Jimmy John’s again.
The issue was not resolved and I’m out $14

Been in Quincy for 2 years now, walked in today with my husband and I gotta say it’s the cleanest place in Quincy!! Not even Canes was that clean There was only one worker, for dine-in, drive thru and making the sandwiches. Had the place spotless clean and not only that, we had great service!!!

My past seven experiences in a row have been horrible. Everything to no delivery drivers available so they just make you wait an hour and a half with no phone call. Then cancelled orders not being taken off my card!!! Now, the most recent I went inside the store after so many failed delivery attempts and they DON’T accept Apple Pay despite it being advertised on their website, google site, and even on the terminal in the store. This place completely fails at EVERYTHING they do. Buyer beware of this location. It’s not even worth the time.

So i ordered when they were open an hour before they closed lastnight took the money from my account still says in the app to expect my food still haven’t received my order so I’m out my money with nothing to show for it this will be the last time I order from them as I still haven’t received my order and it shows they aren’t busy and it’s the next day are you kidding me!!!
