Service was good but our food was pretty lackluster. I got the Southern Comfort breakfast that was had ham, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The ham was a nice portion but cold, the biscuit (not plural) was underwhelming (sysco frozen biscuits are better) and everything was under seasoned (especially the gravy). The country benedict was fine but the “chopped” herbs on top let us know the level of care back in the kitchen. The coffee was good and the setting has potential but the food needs revisited.

Justin was great and appreciate his service, it’s a beautiful place! Staff was attentive and friendly, we were the only table seated @ 5pm.
However the food did not match. Fry chicken was very much lacking in flavor.

I could of mentioned it, but I’m not that person and didn’t have time. Im sure they would of corrected

I had breakfast at The Firefly / Marble City Kitchen inside the Hilton Knoxville on two mornings while staying nearby at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Each time I was greeted warmly by the same hostess, who seated me right away, and both mornings I was taken care of by a friendly and attentive server. Service was consistent and made me feel welcome.

Both days I ordered the sausage, mushroom, and cheddar cheese omelet with fresh fruit, an English muffin, and a side of avocado. The omelet was cooked well and flavorful, the avocado was fresh, and the fruit bowl had a nice mix of berries and melon that tasted fresh and ripe. The only minor drawback was the English muffin—it came out barely toasted both times, which wasn’t to my preference.

One thing I appreciated was that the staff had no issue with me bringing in my Starbucks drink while dining, which made the experience more relaxed. Overall, the food was solid, portions were good, and I left full and satisfied both mornings. Combined with the welcoming staff, it made for a very positive start to the day.

Exceptionally good food, service and apnosphere. I got a ceasers salad, my go to along with Salmon which was fantastic. A cream style of pinaple anong with rice was very suprisingly taisty with the salmon.. also tried some local mushrooms cooked in a bine broth. Very good. Will be back tomorrow. …… one year later i came back here and had 3 more meals and the service and quality of food is excellent. I door and outdoor seating. Very comfortable and clean with a classiness tone. Its part of the Hilton Hotel whi h is great as well.

Honestly, i wish I could call the kitchen manager or executive chef and ask how they feel about the quality of their menu items leaving the kitchen. As a chef of 15+ years, I’m not impressed by any stretch of the imagination. Bland, undercooked, and I wish I hadmt gotten out of bed for what I could have gotten at a drive through.

We had the pleasure of eating here for breakfast for 2 mornings day, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

One day we got the avocado toast, which was great and came with an egg on top.

The next day, Missus was hit pretty hard with a migraine and couldn’t make it downstairs, so Mister got takeout. The staff were concerned about her, asked if she was ok, made sure we had everything we needed, and sent her their best. Very kind. Got the smoked brisket hash, which was really tasty, and plentiful.

Ate here this weekend and received extremely poor service. Food is good overall but service took over 2 hours. We were seated at 7:15 and didnt leave until 9:30. Menu is limited but has good options. Our server Alyssa took 45 minutes to take our order and didn’t even ask if we needed drinks. Food came out fast but the wait was horrendous. Alyssa tended to every table except ours and honestly ignored us. I tipped according to service and come to find out this morning that she added her own extra tip i had to dispute with my bank. This should be investigated and needs to be handled accordingly.

Would not recommend to anyone. False advertising, poor service, bland food, and over priced. Waiter brought me other table checks throughout our meal for some reason. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. Fried chicken was flavorless and the salmon was as well. Feels like an airport restaurant.

We had a delicious breakfast this morning for the same price that we could’ve had a Starbucks coffee next-door. If you like a traditional eggs, ham, toast, and home fries than the Tennessee breakfast is the one for you. The sourdough bread was delicious, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the ham was a large slab of very delicious protein.
