Best Chinese in Tulare. Made fast, always fresh, great flavor, large portions, decent prices, and the owners are always friendly. Never had a bad meal from here in the 5 years I’ve been ordering from there.

I’ve been to dozens of Chinese restaurants across the country, this is hands down the best place to get chow mein soft noodles, seared right, in a wok. And the to-go box is packed full. The owners are nice, there isn’t much seating but the food is excellent.
